In our offices, we follow safety for female employees strictly and this has helped us get regular updates and keep track of activities. Not just that, even invoicing has also become more organized and crisp. Initially, we used did all of this process manually. **What do you dislike about Sherlock Taxi Solution?** We often come up with some setup issues where we need live support. This software lacks that feature. Support for phone apps on android and iOS is not that great We are looking for a one-time purchase rather than a subscription model. With this software, we have automated the whole process in multiple fronts - have customer Database in one place for easy and fast booking. - Billing for each trip is done by Sherlock - We can schedule trips based on the requests we receive. Although if UI can be improved that will be great for users.
