The rides are quicker and prices are reasonable. **What do you dislike about Jugnoo?** Jugnoo rides don't cover the entire city area. We cannot book rides for certain areas in the city which are a bit far from the main city. It provides services for Cab and Taxis. It comes with very affordable and competitive pricing as compared to its competitors in the market. It provides a very secure platform for payment using cards and net banking after the ride. One can order food using Jugnoo app. **What do you dislike about Jugnoo?** The number of cabs and taxis registered under Jugnoo is deficient as compared to other cab providers in the market, which results in long waiting for cabs or taxis and wasting of time, so Jugnoo should increase cabs under their umbrella. The user interference is extremely simple and avoids unnecessary clusters of information and options. Pricing of the cabs is low compared to other online cab services. You are even able to order food from Jungnoo with is a great addition. **What do you dislike about Jugnoo?** The cab/driver base of Jugnoo is much less compared to other cab services which lead to a lot of waiting time for your cab. But, Jugnoo provides more offers and discounts as compared to its competitors. The app takes comparatively less time to load and the user-interface is friendly. Its services are available in almost all major cities in India. **What do you dislike about Jugnoo?** Still not as much wide coverage as its competitors. Also, the exact locations of some places are missing on the map, though it claims that it uses Google Maps. Having used many more of their services in the US, I can tell with great confidence that Jugnoo is a fantastic product. Kudos to the team. **What do you dislike about Jugnoo?** Sometimes drivers who don't want to go for a ride accept the ride, and then they'll not call and not move at all. When you call, they'll ask for Paytm or cash. If we say Paytm, then forget it... the driver won't come, and he won't cancel the ride. **Recommendations to others considering Jugnoo:** Yes **What problems is Jugnoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Going for the urgent meeting, I booked a cab at that time. Very friendly interface and super easy to use. **What do you dislike about Jugnoo?** Sometimes the customer care executive does not behave in a professional way. **What problems is Jugnoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** One time, a driver charged me 100 bucks extra, then I raised a complaint.
