One can order food using Jugnoo app. **What do you dislike about Jugnoo?** The number of cabs and taxis registered under Jugnoo is deficient as compared to other cab providers in the market, which results in long waiting for cabs or taxis and wasting of time, so Jugnoo should increase cabs under their umbrella. The cancellation policy is not customer-friendly; they should update it. **What problems is Jugnoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can book taxis and cabs whenever I want. The user interference is extremely simple and avoids unnecessary clusters of information and options. Pricing of the cabs is low compared to other online cab services. You are even able to order food from Jungnoo with is a great addition. **What do you dislike about Jugnoo?** The cab/driver base of Jugnoo is much less compared to other cab services which lead to a lot of waiting time for your cab. Also, the exact locations of some places are missing on the map, though it claims that it uses google map. When you call, they'll ask for Paytm or cash.
