The best part is the Home wall having needful widgets for HR posts, paid days tracker, leave balance, celebrations window and many more. 2. Sharing letters like Showcause and Warning is now easy task to do. 3. Onboarding process looks simpler with the use of checklists. 4. Real time monitoring of the marketing team employees. 5. Generation of compensatory off and overtime are perfect. 6. SQL API supported for transfer of biometric details. 7. Delivery team helped in all challenging situations. 8. Automated calculation of overtime amount. **What do you dislike about HROne?** 1. No alert facility if employee missed out morning punch in the mobile application. 2. Issue in calculation of PT slabs for some employees. 3. Sharing bulk letters is time tasking task. **What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. HR Policy, Handbooks, Leave request policy are now digitalized, now no calls or emails required to HR department. 2. Real time monitoring of some department employees who are working at remote locations. 3. Salary processing as per correct TDS calculations are achieved, previously we were more dependent on the manual effort. Overall, this HCM smoothens our daily processes to a next level where we just want to change the configuration as required and the system will throw results accordingly. ### 50.
