**What do you like best about HROne?**

HRone provided solution such as payroll management, recruitment module, and best part is its dashboard which allow appreciation 360 degree. The cost is lesser than most software. They have also improved the payroll module. The modules comes at lesser cost and very user friendly for admins and employees. The recruitment module is also very organised and easy and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

The payroll module could benefit from additional features, such as improved variable pay calculations. It would also help to have more knowledgeable implementers who truly understand the needs of their clients.

This helped me solve recruitment, payroll, pms, employee engagement

The things I like the most the HRone is the preboarding and onboarding things just we have to make the check list and define the task owner accordingly it will assign the task to that person and you can also define the due date of the task.

The user interface design and overall appearance reminded me of software from the early 2000s. With an updated look, I believe it could better compete with other software currently available in the market.

We are able to review and finalize employee performance rating through this application based on their KPI and KRA. We can also raise helpdesk tickets for different departments within an organization.

We are not able to change the widgets position at the homepage.

We can analyze the employee performance on the basis of KRA and KPI assigned. We generate all the letters through this application which gets generated within seconds.

We cannot remove the employee data permanently and unable to change payroll data for previous months directly.

We are able to create and design letter templates and publish them to user id within seconds of time earlier this process was really hard and frustrating.

Unable to record and direct that message to the employees using home page.

We are able create , trigger letter and also able to download the report for the same whether employee has read it or not within minutes. Just need to intimate the employees and get a report for the same whether someone has ignored or whether they have read it or not.

Takes a bit to get used to the platform, however, quite easy to navigate once you get used to it, being able to do the Appraisals and the 1-1 meets with the data stored on the platform is quite useful.

On thing for sure is that it's slow and lags quite a bit at times

We are able to shift from Google sheets for attendance tracking, we were able to move away from emails for leave approvals and also move our 1-1 and annual appraisals to the platform reducing the need of Google Sheets.

We have Completed both yearly and half yearly review in Hrone and get to know that the  process is smooth and easy to understand also we have various option like OKR and custom KPI rating bell curve and 9box which is unique and really helpful.

There are some bugs in the Performance modules like screen stuck which is been resolved by the consultant not it's working fine.

Employees can now mark their attendance remotely including from home. There is no longer a need for email approvals or manual record tracking, as everything is automated. Reports are available 24/7 , overall it is a pleasure working with this software.

Not able to customize report format as per our requirement. If we need certain columns and according to our architecture it is not available.

This software has reduced our workload by eliminating the need for email based approvals, everything is automated with reports and records readily available. Employees also enjoy using the app as they can easily apply for leave and mark attendance.
