Founded in 2005, HROne is one of the very few non-state owned but fully licensed foreign enterprises service companies in China (CN FESCO), Taiwan and Hong Kong. **What do you like best about HROne?**

I appreciate most about HROne is how naturally it fits into everyday office routines. It's not pleasure but its dependable. Attendance marking, leave balance checks, pay slips download these are things employee usually ask HR about, but with HROne people just handle them on their own. Overtime it reduced unnecessary back and forth and made HR processes feel less centralised and more self service.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

Reports are functional but exporting or tweaking them sometimes take more clicks than expected. Also during big time like payroll days the system can feel slightly slower, which can be frustrating when you are in a hurry.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit consistency everyone follows the same process data stays updated automatically and HR no longer spent time answering repeated questions. That time is now used for more meaningful work instead of admin clean. Before HROne, attendance tracking and leave management were scattered across spreadsheet, emails, and follow ups. Now it brought all of that into a single system.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

I really like HRone. The response speed of the consultants is extremely fast. Especially our liaison customer manager Nancy, she is very serious about every request from us and always considers every possible risk to help us, perfectly resolving our problems.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

After the cooperation, I personally think HROne is quite good and I really like it.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use their payroll services, along with supporting HR-related services. This has helped reduce our internal workflow and allowed us to focus fully on our core business.

The thing I like the most is that it is extremely easy  to use and navigate even without proper training

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

They should improve their UI as it looks really really basic as compared to other HRMS platforms available

One problem that it solves is that employees do not need much training and it is extremely easy to use.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

HROne is helpful in attendance management, policies, recruitment, and downloading reports. It is easy to integrate with WhatsApp, gmail, MS Excel, and google calendar. They have good customer support, I called them regarding one concern and solved it as soon as possible. I use it on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

Managing expenses is little tough to understand and apply.

This application is easy to use and easy to implement either in phone or in laptop. it shows all the data and attendence related queries and also have option to regularation of the same.

In HROne recruitment becomes so easy and we can also follow up on the Attendance in HRMS and the interface is very good and easy to use

As of now I didn't find anything which needs to get improved.

With the help of HROne, the recruiting becomes so easy and fast and it also saves time and energy and we don't need to have any other software for attendance because HROne also includes HRMS features as well.

HROne is easy to set up and work with, providing a friendly HRMS that can be used with ease, offering almost all the required features.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

I think HROne is a pretty good option. Maybe the UI could be a bit better, but considering its cost-friendliness and inclusion of all the required features, I would still recommend it.

We've been searching for an HRMS for some time, one that encompasses nearly all the essential HR operations, consolidating them into one place as we begin our automation.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

HR-One makes HR thnigs simplified, we can easily tract attendance, workfoce etc details easily. It is helful to store data at one place.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

Some times server doesnt execute automatically, so we should do it manually. Some features are missing in V5 when compared to V4. It will really help if data from V4 is extracted to V5.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

Our company focuses on helping foreign business to enter China by setting up local companies.

Since we already had a local company, what we really needed was a solution that would allow us to manage payroll for employees.

Since we didn't have an in-house HR team, we got in touch with HROne to use their payroll service.

With this service, HROne took care of all the payroll, tax, and benefits declaration with the local authorities.

What convinced us about HROne is not only their knowledge of the local Chinese market with all the regulations and laws related to HR and payroll, but also their data management. 

The company's ISO certification for the information security management was the point that particularly convinced us to entrust our HR and payroll to HROne.

Up until now everything is perfect with the provider.

Since we didn't have an in-house HR team, we got in touch with HROne to use their payroll service to manage payroll, tax, and benefits declaration.

HROne provide complete service for foreign companies start their business in China. They provide PEO service to us to enable us to hire Chinese employees working for us before our company registered in China.
HROne account managment team is very professional and quick feedback. They help us a lot to ensure the employment, payroll, and tax compliance in China.

Nope, everything is quite good with them.
