I appreciate most about HROne is how naturally it fits into everyday office routines. It's not pleasure but its dependable. Attendance marking, leave balance checks, pay slips download these are things employee usually ask HR about, but with HROne people just handle them on their own. What stood out to me first was how quickly the team adapted to it. We moved from Excel-based HR tracking to HROne, and surprisingly, there wasn't much resistant from employees. Attendance leave request pay slips and basic employee data are all in one place, which reduced back and forth emails. Some sections feel a bit to process heavy specially during initial setup. Configuring policies like leave rules or payroll components took longer than expected, and the UI isn't always into tip for first time admin. HROne is helpful in attendance management, policies, recruitment, and downloading reports. It is easy to integrate with WhatsApp, gmail, MS Excel, and google calendar. Some times server doesnt execute automatically, so we should do it manually. Some features are missing in V5 when compared to V4. It will really help if data from V4 is extracted to V5. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
