Having used the software for government operations, this reviewer appreciates its tailored solutions and responsive support from the provider. The limitation is that it lacks the full customization options found in larger platforms, which could restrict some workflows.
View Full ReviewThe versatility of the Tyler Notify product is fantastic. We use this notification software for municipal communications, and we remain in full control of the messaging throughout the entire process. While we can create templates to ease in the distribution of repeat communications (i.e. bill delinquencies), our city users are also able to edit the final wordage of the emails/phone calls/text messages up until hitting the submit campaign button. The text and email capability has really paid a lot of dividends in terms of civic engagement and the communications we can provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been very satisfied with the Tyler Notify program. When we do encounter bugs (changes in uploads codes, message corruption), the Tyler Notify team has been quick to resolve the issue! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
