**What do you like best about Twain?**

I love Twain's integrations, especially since it's integrated with Clay, which is already a part of our workflow. They have a really good extension and MCP. The cold email writing agent is another aspect I love, as it does research and writes emails based on pain points, resulting in human-like emails with really good open rates.

**What do you dislike about Twain?**

I think the UI could be a bit improved, but if they can bring even more integrations with tools like EmailBison, then that would be great.

**What problems is Twain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Twain, we wrote cold emails manually with templates. Now, using Twain's AI agents, we mass-produce hyper-personalized cold emails at scale.

**What do you like best about Twain?**

I like that Twain offers a level of personalization that's humane and relevant without being over the top. It doesn't feel like those complimentary or AI-generated messages from other tools. The setup was intuitive and simple. I tried other products like OctaveHQ, Autobound, and Lavender before, and Twain is far better.

**What do you dislike about Twain?**

Their pricing is a bit high, but I'm sure it will drop over time as the cost of AI models decreases.

**What problems is Twain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Twain for personalizing cold emails. It solves my inability to personalize for every lead and find relevant sales triggers, offering humane and relevant personalizations.

**What do you like best about Twain?**

I appreciate Twain's ability to help me create sophisticated emails that sound both authentic and individualized, which is incredibly valuable when communicating with prospects. I love how easy it was to pick up and integrate into my routine, despite some initial adjustment. The setup process was impressive, simply requiring the input of client details, making onboarding straightforward. I find tremendous value in its cleverness, particularly in handling grammar and spelling automatically, which saves me the effort of worrying about such details. The tool suggests varied ways of contacting prospects that I might not have initially considered, further enhancing my outreach strategies. Twain simplifies the creation of campaigns that feel genuine and effective, and its capabilities in email copywriting and insight development are particularly beneficial. I enjoy using it daily and have integrated it seamlessly into my business, making it an essential part of both my personal and client outreach strategies. Because of these features, I plan to continue using it for a long time.

**What do you dislike about Twain?**

There are sometimes words within campaigns that I wouldn't necessarily use, so it would be good to have a blanket copy on words that I definitely didn't want to be included. Like all AI tools, it's not perfect in that respect.

I use Twain to simplify writing authentic email campaigns, ensuring correct grammar and spelling. It enhances engagement by thinking of unique ways to contact prospects.

Twain offers me a quick and easy way to get the best insights about a prospect I want to reach out to based on their job role, maturity etc...

So far, I don't really like when the personas are limited and every time I have to add a new one you have to import all your company data again.

Twain solves the problem of the need to send large volume of sales emails every day but don't having the time to find personalization insights for each prospect.

**What do you like best about Twain?**

I have found Twain to be a useful aid in my daily work in terms of sales prospecting. All the AI in the personalization aspects is very well done, I receive introductions that look and feel like something I would come up with on my own.

**What do you dislike about Twain?**

Twain has some difficulty in writing industry-specific or situational letters wherein he needs to focus on particular problems in niche markets.  This can often make the emails appear rather cold for prospects within my specific industry.

**What problems is Twain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Twain helps me automate a good amount of the emails that I send out so I do not have to spend as much time on reaching out to the eligible leads.  The AI elements of personalization improve the email open rates and help me initiate more meaningful conversations.

I dislike that Twain is limited to written communication and lacks multi-language support. The free plan is also quite restrictive for high-volume users

I like that you can directly edit the generated message. I like that there are buttons for intent and tone, etc...

**What do you dislike about Twain?**

It wasn't very clear where to enter the prompt. It also didn't generate a "real" sounding message. The prose was off.

It gives a different response that you can edit than what another writing assistant does.
