**What do you like best about Tungsten SignDoc?**

I like that it is integrated right into the system that we use to prepare and edit PDF documents.  I don't have to open and login to another program in order to prepare and send a document for signature.  Having it all in once place is nice.

**What do you dislike about Tungsten SignDoc?**

It's a little bit clunky.  The initial set up is incredibly confusing.  I was linked to a support page with about a million different clickable links and zero direction on which one I actually needed.  The support with kofax is lacking.  I think this could be a great product if the support piece was there.  It is also not as robust as other signature programs.  It basically has the option for a text box, a signature box, and a checkbox.  I would like to maybe see custom fields that we could edit to our needs.  Again that could be available already but due to lack of support I don't know about it.

**What problems is Tungsten SignDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to open multiple programs to send out a document for a quick signature so this saves us time throughout the day. I think that it has the potential to be really great, but it's not quite there yet so in many cases I still have to use a competitor signature system which kofax also has the ability to link me to.
