What do you like best about Trustpilot?

Trustpilot’s platform is well-known. The integration options are solid, and the basic functionality does what it promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trustpilot?

Trustpilot’s aggressive renewal tactics and lack of transparency make them a risky partner for any business. They enforce automatic renewals at drastically increased prices without proper consent, and their support team does little to resolve disputes fairly.
