There is so much promise in the IMX billing platform, but unfortunately it just can't live up to the expectations put on it. I like parts of the Super CodeQ, and the sweep function can be helpful, but there are far more cons than pros for me with this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nightly batching limits; no control over what happens to your system or information because changes and updates are global. Some processes are automated and some aren't; very difficult to manually move accounts from one workflow another (which, you really can't in reality; we have just made a ton of workarounds). The system will hold accounts from filing claims via hidden edits that are only discoverable via reports.
