# What is a good way to raise awareness with our customers that they are enrolled and getting points?

We automatically enroll all our customers, and so not all of them know they have points. Any experience with this would be helpful.

E-Mail them! Show them how to see what their rewards are. If you are using something like Klaviyo you can even import their points and merge that value into your e-mail.

Hi "Customer", you have "400 points" worth "$10" on your next purchase.

I think you will find it extremely effective. Zinrelo has excellent support, ask them this question directly.

To increase awareness customers should be reminded about the program at multiple touch points. Some of them are
1.	A monthly email statement about their loyalty account.
2.	Reward reminders if they are already eligible for a reward or have the opportunity to earn one.
3.	Regular marketing emails which can simply include a statement about their loyalty account. RTA Store did this really well. (https://zinrelo.com/the-rta-store-success-story-case-study-2019)
4.	The website can also be leveraged to improve awareness. Check this link(https://support.zinrelo.com/en/articles/1413716-promoting-the-loyalty-program) for ideas.
