What do you like best about Trucker Tools?

Trucker Tools makes it so easy to track a driver's location through app tracking and ELD. If there is ever any issue, their support team quickly responds and finds a resolution. We also have regular meetings with a Trucker Tools rep who reviews our tracking stats and helps us with ways we can improve the amount of successful tracks we can get every day. Their support shows, since we have consistently increased the number of successfully tracked loads. They also have many PDF guides that we can send to carriers and drivers to help train them on using Trucker Tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trucker Tools?

If the driver has an issue with the Trucker Tools app, the broker does not have a great way to see what the driver sees to help trouble shoot before escalating to the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The real-time updates and the details that they come with, like the time and the location where the driver is at the time. Also that it is easy to refer to a carrier, and it has it's GPS that does not have to be held to any other ELD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the thing i dislike about it, it was that it was not that easy for the drivers to set it up correctly on their phones. it needs to be a bit more friendly for the users and to have it available in different languages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trucker Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped us have our freights tracked on time for our customers, which allowed us to avoid surprises like late arrivals or misrouting issues. Tracking was reliable and easy for repeat use. When turned on, it made tracking loads much easier, and most drivers didn't have an issue trying to turn it on. The few who had issues would likely have had problems with any software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
