**What do you like best about Trouble Ticket Express?**

I think the best this about this software is it is cloud-based and open source. this is easy to use as automatic instructions will give you the path to follow and monitoring ticket progress is very easy. Email broadcast notification is also a helpful feature.

**What do you dislike about Trouble Ticket Express?**

Till now it is not integrated with other software if it will then this is very usefull.

**What problems is Trouble Ticket Express solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It looks like a one-stop solution for bug tracking, project management, and to-do list. Workflows are solving customers' true needs. Automatic instructions helping users to decide what should be the next step.
