What do you like best about Trouble Ticket Express?
I think the best this about this software is it is cloud-based and open source. this is easy to use as automatic instructions will give you the path to follow and monitoring ticket progress is very easy. Email broadcast notification is also a helpful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Trouble Ticket Express?
