We were able to see the entire landscape enabled us to plan better and be more efficient in where we focused our resources. **What do you dislike about Triple Point Sales & Operations Planning?** I was not a fan of the actual interface of the app. The platform does not appear intuitive in the sense of how many clicks it takes to get where I want to go. **Recommendations to others considering Triple Point Sales & Operations Planning:** If you take the time to understand the interface, this app will be invaluable to you. **What problems is Triple Point Sales & Operations Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem mainintaing Kijun. Knowing where we need to fill on the back end, so there is never a break in momentum. Mapping out a series of events rather than just taking them on ad-hoc as they appear. ### 2. We are selling seasonal products and every year we notice more demand. Practically speaking, the benefits of this software right now is limited as we just started using the system for forecast and inventory optimization. However, S&OP software like this does help us get our finances under control which is already worth it. Next year when we enter a new cycle, I am eager to find out what this software has in store for us in terms of forecasting as right now our historical data entered in the system are not accurate. Of course in any logistics business where you buy and sell products, your need for KPIs are a primary factor. Dashboarding will help us eliminate waste in our business and further improve customer satisfaction. **What do you dislike about Triple Point Sales & Operations Planning?** The layout of the information system is very old-fashioned. I don’t like the way the system is structured. In our business, the amount of clicks required to get the job done is important. For now, I notice at times multiple unnecessary clicks that could have been removed by making the design pattern more simplified. **Recommendations to others considering Triple Point Sales & Operations Planning:** Triple Point Supply Chain Optimization is a software that is not the best in its field. There are probably plenty of other softwares out there that does it better, but what made us choose this system is the KPIs tracking. We want to also know what else will change in our forecasting pattern in a seasonal sales industry. For any business out there that value KPIs, this is the software for you to try for a few months to see if you like it. **What problems is Triple Point Sales & Operations Planning solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving forecasting, inventory and dashboard needs. Like any company selling and buying products, we need to know what the dashboards (KPIs) are to further improve our business. Forecasting and inventory is linked, by improving forecasting you can optimize the amount of inventory you really need on-hand. ### 3.
