I like that I was able to get a complete blueprint of the inventory we had. We were able to see the entire landscape enabled us to plan better and be more efficient in where we focused our resources.

This software helps us forecast and optimize the inventory of our warehouse. We are selling seasonal products and every year we notice more demand. Practically speaking, the benefits of this software right now is limited as we just started using the system for forecast and inventory optimization. However, S&OP software like this does help us get our finances under control which is already worth it. Next year when we enter a new cycle, I am eager to find out what this software has in store for us in terms of forecasting as right now our historical data entered in the system are not accurate. Of course in any logistics business where you buy and sell products, your need for KPIs are a primary factor. Dashboarding will help us eliminate waste in our business and further improve customer satisfaction.
