"Unified XDR Platform Delivering Enhanced Visibility, Faster Detection, and Proactive Threat Response"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

The most liked aspect of Trend Micro Vision One is its unified visibility across endpoints, email, servers, and cloud workloads through a single console. It provides powerful XDR capabilities that correlate alerts automatically and reduce investigation time. The threat intelligence and behavioral analytics are highly effective in detecting advanced attacks. Users also appreciate the intuitive dashboard and actionable insights for faster incident response. Overall, it significantly improves security visibility and reduces alert fatigue for SOC teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

One of the common drawbacks of Trend Micro Vision One is the complexity during initial setup and tuning, especially in large environments. Some users feel the pricing is on the higher side compared to competitors offering similar XDR capabilities. The platform can also generate a high volume of alerts initially, requiring time for proper tuning to reduce noise. Integration with certain third-party tools and legacy systems may not always be seamless. Additionally, advanced features may have a learning curve for teams new to XDR platforms. "Unified Security Dashboard and Effortless Integration"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

Dear Trend Micro Team,

I've been using Trend Vision One for [1-2 Years] in our company, Amagi Media Labs Ltd, and wanted to share what I like best.

1. Unified Dashboard - The single pane of glass for threat detection across endpoints and cloud workloads. Real-time correlation of alerts reduces noise and speeds up investigation.

2. Easy Deployment & Integration - Third-party integrations and flexible licensing make onboarding simple, even for smaller teams.

3. Advanced Detection - Signatureless anomaly detection, user behavior analysis, and proactive risk assessment catch threats.

4. Reliable Performance - Minimal resource impact and strong endpoint protection provide peace of mind for our infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

Dear Trend Mcro team,

I've been using Trend Vision One for [1-2 Years] in our company, Amagi Media Labs Ltd, and appreciate its unified detection capabilities. Here's the honest feedback on pain points to help prioritize roadmap items.

1. Frequent UI changes/UI Navigation - The interface is feature-rich but sometimes overwhelming - streamlined workflows for common tasks would improve usability. Navigation feels unstable and disrupts workflows.

2. False Positives and Alert Noise - low-quality alerts require excessive investigation time.

3. Support response times - Tier 1 support is slow to escalate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mature and Reliable XDR Platform That Keeps Improving"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

Over time, Vision One has become more cohesive as an XDR platform. The correlation between endpoint, email, and network telemetry feels tighter and investigations are easier to follow compared to earlier versions. The attack path visibility and contextual threat intelligence reduce the amount of manual enrichment during triage. The scheduled sweeps against emerging IOCs are useful for validating exposure without spinning up separate hunts. Overall, it continues to evolve in a practical way that supports day-to-day SOC operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

For more mature SOC teams, deeper customization in detections and more advanced hunting flexibility would be beneficial. Query performance and investigative depth could be improved to better support complex threat hunting scenarios. Reporting is functional, but more customizable executive-level views would help with stakeholder communication. It’s a strong platform, but there’s still room to refine it for organizations with advanced security operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Security, But Licenses Are Confusing"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

I like that Trend Vision One's xDR is very easy to use. It's really helpful to have workbenches that let us see whether malware is occurring and have playbooks to mitigate and secure our systems. The platform provides one control solution for securing our endpoint servers, email, network, and cloud, which I find valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

I find the training module could improve more visibility. A lot of features are not recognized because it's complex there. The complexity of integrations, especially for agentless security and HDR, is a bit challenging. Also, the relicensing process is quite complex. It’s confusing to figure out what type of license we need, like core, essential, or professional, and whether HDR is included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
