"Unified Security Dashboard and Effortless Integration"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

Dear Trend Micro Team,

I've been using Trend Vision One for [1-2 Years] in our company, Amagi Media Labs Ltd, and wanted to share what I like best.

1. Unified Dashboard - The single pane of glass for threat detection across endpoints and cloud workloads. Real-time correlation of alerts reduces noise and speeds up investigation.

2. Easy Deployment & Integration - Third-party integrations and flexible licensing make onboarding simple, even for smaller teams.

3. Advanced Detection - Signatureless anomaly detection, user behavior analysis, and proactive risk assessment catch threats.

4. Reliable Performance - Minimal resource impact and strong endpoint protection provide peace of mind for our infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

Dear Trend Mcro team,

I've been using Trend Vision One for [1-2 Years] in our company, Amagi Media Labs Ltd, and appreciate its unified detection capabilities. Here's the honest feedback on pain points to help prioritize roadmap items.

1. Frequent UI changes/UI Navigation - The interface is feature-rich but sometimes overwhelming - streamlined workflows for common tasks would improve usability. Navigation feels unstable and disrupts workflows.

2. False Positives and Alert Noise - low-quality alerts require excessive investigation time.

3. Support response times - Tier 1 support is slow to escalate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Dashboard and Powerful Features Make Security Effortless"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

Trend Vision One is unified and intuitive dashboard, which makes it very easy to monitor, investigate and respond to security events across the entire environment. The platform is simple to implement, integrates well with existing tools and provides powerful features like XDR, behavioral analysis and automated threat detection.

Customer support is responsive and helpful and frequent updates ensure new features and improvements are continuously added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

While trend vision one is a powerful platform, a few areas could be improved. Some advanced features require time to understand fully, and the interface can fell slightly overwhelming for new users. Occasionally alerts may be too sensitive, leading to extra time spent reviewing low-risk events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Maximized Efficiency and Cost Savings for SOC Teams"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

Organizations often highlight the platform's ability to "do more with less":

Alert Fatigue Reduction: Advanced filtering and correlation can reduce daily alert noise by over 90%, allowing SOC teams to focus on real threats.

Cost Efficiency: By consolidating multiple tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR) into one platform, many companies report up to a 70% reduction in overall cybersecurity costs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Security with Top-Notch Support"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

I use Trend Vision One for its excellent threat protection capabilities, which have significantly improved our cybersecurity posture. I particularly appreciate the ransomware and vulnerability protection features. Its ecosystem integration is quite good, and the technical support and advisory provided by the Trend team are excellent. I find the cloud security module and XDR to be effective for detection and response, particularly enjoying the CSPM in Trend Micro Cloud Security for detecting threats in our cloud ecosystem. The XDR consolidates all alerts for us, which greatly assists our SOC teams. The setup was easy, and having plenty of datacenter options really benefited our organization. What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

I can bring in dynamic dashboards in the console as it is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Security, Effortless Management"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

I like that Trend Vision One is an all-in-one platform that makes threat correlation easy to manage. The XDR integration with third-party applications helps in data collection and detection, which I find really valuable. It's particularly useful in prioritizing threats and taking action before they become active. I also appreciate how easy it is to find the root cause of issues and block them. The initial setup was super easy, taking just 5 to 6 weeks for a 10K user implementation, which was impressive. The platform excels in endpoint security, server security, cloud security, email security, and it significantly enhances our threat-hunting efforts with more detection logs than our existing SIEM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

I don't see anything that doesn't work for us apart from few things of the ZTSA of Trend Vision One, which I rate an 8. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Threat Monitoring with Seamless Setup"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

I like Trend Vision One because it has a single dashboard for all security needs, covering machine-level, user account-level, and asset graph data. I appreciate the recommendations for threats or vulnerabilities it offers. It also has playbooks to automate actions, which is very convenient. In the CREM dashboard, I can see detailed information about machine, user, application, cloud asset risks, as well as public-facing domain and IP address risk management. The asset graph provides detailed information about user login accounts. I love that the playbooks include options to isolate specific infected machines from the network, restrict internet access, and take user-account-level actions like disabling or locking an account. The initial setup was very straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

I find the reporting part lacking. Currently, in Trend Vision One, reports cannot be scheduled with attachments; they only include links to view the report, which is a limitation. Trend micro does not having DLP features for MAC OS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Solution with Valuable DLP and Inventory Features"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

I find Trend Vision One's centralized cloud version really valuable, especially since we have operations across various geographies. I also appreciate the inventory and DLP features, as they bring the most value to our organization and suit our needs well. Additionally, the initial setup was made easier thanks to the training provided by Trend Micro, which was really helpful in navigating the updated version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

Some host names are automatically exiting from the DLP, which is an area that Trend Vision One needs to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Endpoint Security with Noticeable Slowness Compared to Competitors"
What do you like best about Trend Vision One?

When it comes to endpoint security products available on the market, this one stands out as a solid choice. It performs its intended functions effectively and meets expectations.

It has most of the features like-

1. Endpoint user control

2. DLP

3. USB and other controls.

4. Network Protection.

It has customer support portal and Knowledge base portal for its users to look for tech related solutions.

This software sits under the system and protects it and works all the time in the background. Once you install it , It does its works underneath without disturbing you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trend Vision One?

Every product comes with its own set of pros and cons, and Trend Vision is no exception. I have noticed that it tends to be somewhat slower compared to other competitors such as Sophos, Sentinel, and Kaspersky.

Other issue like other competitors -

1. Yes, it does slow down your PCs

2. Takes time to implement any policies to the end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
