The fact they hooked me in to a trail, took payment with no further notice then only hours later when I highlighted I didn't like the product and certainly don't want to pay for a year they refused a refund.

Fortunately in the UK we are protected by the distant selling act. A long conversation later with multiple refund refusals I pulled the consumer rights element and they agreed a refund.

It’s easy to use, it’s fast, and it gives me lots of different alternative ways to create ads—some with fixed text sizes and others with variable text sizes. There are plenty of options to choose from. Once I have an ad that I like, it’s easy to create all the sizes I need. You only pay for what you download, so the credit usage feels really fair. They recently introduced video support but its only useful for product ads with an influencer type of format. I found it pretty useless. I feel that AdCreative.ai could be improved by offering more customization options and finer control over design elements. Be careful with the billing system. I signed up for the 7-day free trial, and there was no clear information that it would automatically charge €366.82 at the end. I never received the reminder email they claim to have sent.

The moment I noticed the charge, I immediately downgraded to the Starter Plan (€21.10/month) — yet I was charged both amounts on the same day (€366.82 + €21.10).

What’s worse, my account only showed 10 credits, not the higher plan features I was billed for.

Support refused to issue a refund and said both charges were “normal.”

Their 5-day trial notification email went to spam, so I missed the 7-day window to cancel. They charged me $339.
