We can easily make tasks for today, week or later, it helps to understand which task is prior to do, after finishing the tasks we can mark completed so its easy to know which is not completed, team can easily see the real time status. As my boards expand, they tend to become cluttered and harder to navigate, and the 5,000-item limit in certain views poses a real bottleneck.
