&lt;p&gt;The workload question hinges on what the tracking data does. If the dashboard just informs, the teacher has traded making worksheets for monitoring screens and deciding what to do about each struggling student, which is arguably harder prep, not less. Workload only actually drops when the platform acts on its own data, assigning the next practice set based on the assessment without the teacher brokering every decision. That&#39;s the line worth locating in any of these before concluding personalization saves anyone time.&lt;/p&gt;
