## About Trello
Trello is a free product that works like the digital version of a sticky note. Capture your to-do's as cards on Trello and organize them into lists to stay on top of your tasks and deadlines no matter the undertaking—from planning a wedding to feeling organized at work. Trello is beloved by millions around the world for its easy-to-use, drag-and-drop interface that helps you visualize exactly what needs to get done. Trello lets you take to-do’s from wherever you’re working and consolidate them all into one place: 📩 If you get an email you need to follow up on, forward it to inbox@app.trello.com and it’ll turn into a Trello card that you can drag-and-drop to the right Trello board and add a due date. 🕸️ Download the Trello browser extension for Chrome to clip any aspect of a webpage as a Trello card. 💬 If you use apps like Slack, Teams, Jira or Loom in the workplace, Trello integrates with each to make it easy to capture content and centralize all your work tasks into a single unified view on Trello. 🤳 With Trello on your phone or tablet, you can use the app to create cards on Trello fast while on-the-go. Add a widget to your home screen on iOS or Android, make an “Add to Inbox” shortcut on iOS, or say “Siri, add a card to Trello.” You’ll find everything saved as new cards in your Trello Inbox, ready to be edited and organized onto any board when you’re ready. Add due dates, comments, checklists, and files to individual cards and use colors, labels, images and stickers to create a beautiful kanban board tailored to your needs. You can also add a Google or Outlook calendar account to easily see your entire schedule inside Trello. ## Trello Reviews
 ### 1. Simplify strategic project management with intuitive task tracking and visual layouts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello is a great tool for the strategic management of projects. I like the fact that it is so simple to move tasks from one stage to another by just dragging and dropping them. The visual layout is my assistant in tracking everything at a high level on one screen. In the planning sessions, data presentation is simple as there are different ways of looking at it. It is comprehensible, hence the whole team can easily stay on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

The major problem with Trello is that private items or personal notes can't be easily distinguished from shared team boards. The reminders and notifications for personal tasks are also seen by the team which is a distraction.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello enables me to arrange and follow up on many projects at the same time, thus no task is missed. It improves the team collaboration by showing clearly what each person is responsible for and when the deadline is. This has greatly increased our productivity and the project delivery time.

 ### 2. Stress-free Follow up

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittney H. | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I use it for the graphic design team that I lead to lay out projects. Once the cards are set up the flow of understanding is basically piloted by the cards which mean people can hop in the board and understand the status.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

I use applications like jotform to integrate project requests, but sometimes the information from the form doesn't carry over because there's not enough fields to match.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In stand up meetings I'm able to search and find projects that my team is working on. Our team is the only team that uses Trello to help with organization. Other teams use their phone apps like telegram which is not efficient.

 ### 3. Improve team collaboration with Trello's visual and interactive project management.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angel C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I use Trello for managing many projects and what I like most about the application is that we, as a team, can exchange information rather efficiently. The visual part of Trello is very impressive because we can personalize our boards and have a clear view of how the workflow looks at any given moment. Notifications help team members stay in sync, which is very important when you have to delegate tasks and make sure that right assignments are visible to all teammates.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

The downside is, however, that I find the power-ups a bit clunky and they are not always working as intended, which can break the flow of work. Besides, messaging tray and alerts should be more evident to facilitate proper management and priority of communication.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello has helped me to find a solution to project organization and task distribution within my team. Improves our capability of monitoring every stage of our projects, so that we do not miss out on anything.

 ### 4. Easy to use team work managment.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd W. | Quality Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Easy to use and understand. Many other software companies have been implementing things Trello pioneered.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Retrieving archived items could be improved.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to assign tasks, see where everyone's tasks are at and meet targets.

 ### 5. Go to go solution for keeping projects organized with a visual clarity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siddhant P. | UI/UX Designer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Helps in creating tasks for the project and assigning to managing tasks is at ease. Also integrating it to slack keeps us notified. Also helps in keeping a personal track of my daily tasks.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Understanding the workflow can be a little tricky when you are a new user, later its all good

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So trello solves a big problem where i get to know about the tasks i am having for the day or week, also helps with any interdependent task where the other user is notified when i have finished my task and they need to take over

 ### 6. Organize the route of your projects from the beginning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon G. | Support, Leisure, Travel & Tourism, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello has interesting options, however I only like a few, which are the possibility of creating and planning a project route, the possibility of being able to create diagrams, and the option to view and follow up on the tasks of my colleagues, in terms of to its interface, it is super simple, and it does not have many options with which you can improve its appearance.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Downloading Trello on my phone, and it is much more difficult than on the PC, also the notifications are delayed which sometimes causes me problems.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Trello, our work team was very messy and sometimes we forgot to do important things. With Trello, this is over, since we can schedule our calendar, and create progress reports to know what really needs to be worked on.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike E. | Data Entry Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

The best feature of this website is that it is very simple, this makes it possible for me to use it without having to complicate it excessively and the interface is also simple and intuitive. With Trello I can just start any kind of work because it is very easy to work with it due to the variety of projects that can be done, it is only necessary to adapt it to a team that does not know how to start a project in Trello has many models that are simple to change to a larger project. The way in which Trello is elaborated makes the cooperative work as comfortable as possible, since it allows me to add work teams to the people that I and they can assign tasks and order them according to the importance or the load they have, in addition to the availability of each member, so that the way in which tasks are assigned is well structured, and it is not necessary to have extensive meetings to organize a work group.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Getting around a job may be very easy because there is no clear sign that it has been overlooked showing the totality of the work that has been done. It sounds somewhat repetitive, however, I have had to hear it manually as there is no signal to indicate that a job has been skipped, for this reason it is common to miss jobs when there are many. However, it would be good to add something where it is not so suffocating in the case that a project is planned in steps and a person decides to go ahead in his work because he considers it is "easy", it is indicated that he has old pending tasks, or that he has skipped several tasks so that he is more aware automatically and does not need to make manual controls.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello is a good alternative for small groups or individuals who wanted to manage themselves efficiently and also as a tool for managing projects and tasks in a way that fits through customization itself, conceiving needs that are different for each group or individual. This redesign was the resolution to the problems of the spreadsheets I used previously, so that more practical to have it in mind on a daily basis, in addition, it is not necessary for me to worry about the failures of the platform because everything is based in the cloud, so that the maintenance of it does not depend on me but on Trello, so it became a more viable alternative to take into account.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Igor T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello is one of the first Project Management Softwares that I had the chance to use. I easily setup my account with my Google Profile, andstarted using the program.

I was able to personalize the views, and with some easy training, I became an expert on the program. Once you see the Board, the Lists and the Cards as layers, you can utilize all the functionality within those layers.

I know that if you are able to use a Drive and a Task Software, that you will be able to use Trello for your project management.

It's easy to share files and information with people, and it has tons of integrations that take Trello functionality to a new level.

I recommend this to any Realtors, Mortgage Agents and other Commission Based Sales Professionals. After a few weeks of using the program, I began to use the program on a daily basis because of its functionality.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Because Trello is a computer program, there is a learning curve for new users. If you are not familiar with other online programs, than maybe you will have difficulty seeing the layers of the boards, the cards and the lists.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me organize my tasks, prioritise the tasks that I have organized, and help me feel accomplished when I complete the tasks.

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I like its card feature within the dashboard and how easily we can assign tasks to someone. Moreover, in a single place, we can assign tasks to someone with due dates and check the progress. Not only that, it supports all the file formats while uploading. You don't require any integration or implementation to use it. I use it more frequently in my day-to-day work. This is a perfect project management tool for us.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Nothing to dislike about Trello, as far as I am using it. I find it so much easier to use for my team without any hiccups.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, we're fond of using Google Sheets for all the task assignment and tracking due dates. But when we joined Trello, it made the work even more easier. With just one click, we can now assign tasks to anyone in my team, set a due dates, and add comments in the discussion forum, all at one place.

 ### 32. Trello - Online project organizer

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I like its simple and light interface, I can create as many cards as I need, in addition, the way to track activities and tasks is very simple and intuitive, another thing I like is that I can label everything to find it faster.

It doesn't have many themes to customize the dashboard, and I don't really like that I can't chat with my colleagues, if you can, but I need to pay an additional add-on.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

It's simple. I have tried many tools over the years for managing my task, and keeping track of notes/key information but I always. come back to the simlicity of Trello.

I have up to 5 lists on the go - to dos, backlog, learning/info and specific initiatives, and simply label the card with the appropriate date, title and description. I find these easy to manage, and they enable me to prioratise work and keep track of all the different things I am working on, or plan to work on later.

I love that I can copy links and images easily, and use I use cards for note taking during meetings.

I also use it for my persoan admin, and planning with my husband.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

It works well for me but it's not powerful enough for some of the large projects we work on in the business, which require more of the features in Asana. It's also not as popular in Enterprise businesses as a company tool. so I often have to use my own free plan for work stuff

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping me on track, collecting information and proratising tasks.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia A. | Senior Multimedia Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

When it comes to finding, there are many filters using categories and categories that can be used to support in speeding your discovery on your dashboard. Trello offers high flexibility when it comes to customizing the display to suit the needs of the group. A variety of shades, shapes, icons, labels and organization methods are available. Trello makes it very easy to keep track of the activity everyone is doing, has done, and has yet to do. The totality for everyone is clearly displayed in one area. The first use of Trello was free, its user interface was very clear and new members were easily added, everything it does is as advertised. Creating and assigning categories to different individuals is simple and obvious. The customization abilities make it possible for you to conceive your game plan the way you would want it for your own.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

If you wish to carry out documents precisely on your desk for different duties, Trello won't be the best choice for you, on the grounds that you'll be constrained to more concise descriptions. Trello doesn't have native support for calendars, but other apps do. It's not that tree-like work tables have negative features, however, Trello is limited to them, unlike others that offer different approaches that are possible to use.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Trello to plan and track quarterly group goals and projects. We use it in order to separate goals by groups and then by personal issues. It makes it easier to organize and visualize things and also to track them. It is not used throughout the institution, but only in departments, where it is more optimal. Trello is very beneficial for groups that have collective work and do not worry about integration with the calendar. If Kanban boards work for you, use Trello. If more than that is needed, or you want a combination with the calendar, it may be more beneficial to find other ways. If you prefer simple, short job and project narratives, Trello is for you. If a lengthy and particular narrative is necessary, you need to place it elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Notications in Trello itself are confusing and difficult to oversee when using multiple boards. I just use the email notifications

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Firstly it solves receiving excess emails. Secondly it makes it very hard to track a project and to hold people accountable for their part in the process/project

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**
