## About Trello
Trello is a free product that works like the digital version of a sticky note. Capture your to-do's as cards on Trello and organize them into lists to stay on top of your tasks and deadlines no matter the undertaking—from planning a wedding to feeling organized at work. Trello is beloved by millions around the world for its easy-to-use, drag-and-drop interface that helps you visualize exactly what needs to get done. Trello lets you take to-do’s from wherever you’re working and consolidate them all into one place: 📩 If you get an email you need to follow up on, forward it to inbox@app.trello.com and it’ll turn into a Trello card that you can drag-and-drop to the right Trello board and add a due date. 🕸️ Download the Trello browser extension for Chrome to clip any aspect of a webpage as a Trello card. 💬 If you use apps like Slack, Teams, Jira or Loom in the workplace, Trello integrates with each to make it easy to capture content and centralize all your work tasks into a single unified view on Trello. 🤳 With Trello on your phone or tablet, you can use the app to create cards on Trello fast while on-the-go. Add a widget to your home screen on iOS or Android, make an “Add to Inbox” shortcut on iOS, or say “Siri, add a card to Trello.” You’ll find everything saved as new cards in your Trello Inbox, ready to be edited and organized onto any board when you’re ready. Add due dates, comments, checklists, and files to individual cards and use colors, labels, images and stickers to create a beautiful kanban board tailored to your needs. You can also add a Google or Outlook calendar account to easily see your entire schedule inside Trello. Drag-and-drop a Trello card onto the Trello Planner tab to block focus time on your calendar to get that task done. Sign up for free at trello.com/home.

Trello, I like this software, it is easy to use from computers, PCs, mobile devices, and search engines. It allows you to organize the activities and information of a work program using your boards, lists, and cards. The board is the place to decide the location and start of the work of a program. Finally, the cards facilitate adding the work that must be completed in a determined time.

 ### 33. Making work more productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria L. | Marketing Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

What I like most about Trello is the ease of organizing projects according to your needs. You can include the stages you require, so that you can track your campaigns and activities from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

I have been using Trello for several years and in general their free plan works pretty well, however they have removed some features from that plan and moved them to the paid plan, which is not so cool.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to organize projects in board form, which makes collaborative work and monitoring easier.

 ### 34. Its a very good to make your projects line in sequence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** viivek p. | Paid Marketing Manager, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I think we can use it for everything like for mainh your daily research list. Going to be live list. Daily working and pjoects completed things

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

You have to share your entire board. Can not share single single task. Which is happening with me

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For saving my time to update on execl or notepad. Now my everything is available on my dashboard and i can use them any time

 ### 35. I just think of each side of my business and personal life as a flexible board

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khalil G. | Technical Communications Contractor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello is visually appealing, highly customizable, and easy to implement within teams. Moreover, pricing plans are beyond affordable for everyone.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

I can never understand the lack of an offline desktop app. Internet connection can be shaky or even non-existent. Think about business travelers and digital nomads, how can they seamlessly update and nurture their cards and lists on their notebooks? While Trello is available offline on mobile apps, the latter are not convenient for all sorts of tasks.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello helps where traditional checklists-based programs fail: It makes it easy to:
1- Filter, reschedule, and move tasks along the workflow.
2- Add extra notes and subtasks to each of those cards while keeping the dashboard clean and appealing.

 ### 36. "Productivity is the new smoking with Trello: Lightweight & straight forward for project management"

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Not Trello but the end users when they are not updating their cards.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello provides a very easy visual representaion of the tasks and projects we are working in. It shows the simplest form of WHO EXACTLY, WHAT EXACTLY and WHEN EXACTLY. The simplicity of the Dashboard makes it easy to navigate and definitely it has a low learning curve.

 ### 39. Excellent tool for teamwork

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis A. | Systems Engineer, Javascript, PHP, Html5, css, Ajax, MySql, Laravel, React., Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello is an excellent tool for teamwork, it allows you to keep track of the tasks and activities that each staff is carrying out. raise supports, generalize roles, and have better organization within the work area.

The collaboration of the projects is all done in real time, allowing us to be up to date when making some changes.

It has a mobile application, which today is an option that should not be missing in any system.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

As a disadvantage, it can be said that it is dependent on the internet, it cannot be used locally without the internet.

For projects that are very large, it can be a little difficult to use, since its card system, being very large projects, is limited and cannot be understood.

It could have more integrations with more tools that help provide it with more resources to carry out the activities.

The interface could be improved or have more customization, although if it has customization options, more functionalities could be added.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello helps me with the tedious topic of managing projects and working as a team. I can keep track of the tasks and activities carried out by the other members of the work table.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ismail K. | Digital Marketing Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

It's interface is very simple and that's exactly what I love about Trello. Plus the best part is the plugins that thehy offer; it makes the tool so much more powerful

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

Only the board view is available in the free plan. It would've been better if they could also make the timeline view free as it's a very important feature.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before trello, all of our marketing tasks were discussed and allocated verbally which was very difficult to keep a track of. with trello, we were able to keep a track of every team member as to what tasks are they currently working on and how much time they're taking for each task.

 ### 43. Trello: Project Management

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I had a lot of issues related to tasks and team management, but thanks to Trello, now we are worry-free as a team. One thing that I appreciate about this platform is that the user interface is very intuitive and bug-free.
It enables us to customize workflow, cards, to-do lists, and boards so effortlessly that complex project management seems really easy and brings out excellent framework and efficient results.
Moreover, it allows us to assign responsibilities, tasks, share data files and reports, and promotes clear communication and accountability. It enhances the management of interactivity with third-party platforms like Google Drive and boosts performance via integration with multiple tools. This makes it very effortless to incorporate our daily tasks and promotes regular use with flexibility.
The best part about using this platform is that the updates are reflected immediately, ensuring no delay via both mobile phones and desktops, and that all these essential features we get to use as a compact team are for free, which saves our budget. The larger teams and projects get advanced tools via cost-effective paid plans!
Trello is extremely intuitive, as it provides tutorials, beginner-friendly guides, and robust community support and help. It offers a very versatile and adaptable interface, making the excecution and operation of our daily business very systematic and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

I have used Trello for more than 14-16 months, and I must say that there is nothing that I find unimpressive about this platform.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello makes organization and management very easy, as it saves us a lot of time and effort with its accessible and adaptable interface and flexible tools. One of our major concerns regarding integration with third party apps has also been addressed with the help of Trello and its amazing user-friendly framework.

 ### 48. Streamlining Team Collaboration with Trello

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shoaib A. | GIS Development Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Trello?**

I like Trello's intuitive interface and flexibility in organizing tasks with its customizable boards, lists, and cards, making team collaboration and project management seamless.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

I dislike that Trello's advanced features often require paid plans, and it can become cluttered and harder to manage with very large projects.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello solves the problem of disorganized project management by providing a clear, visual way to track tasks and deadlines. This benefits me by improving team communication, ensuring everyone is on the same page, and increasing overall productivity.

 ### 49. Cannot live without it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caio L. | Senior Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello gives all the tools you need to create efficient organization systems for yourself or your team, without being too opinionated on how to create your system, nor polluting the screen with thousands of tools you'll never use.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

The calendar view is unfortunately only for paying users - which I understand. Also, if a Trello boards isn't constantly maintained (pruned, reviewed, etc.) it looses its appeal.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello puts together the best of basic elements: kanban cards, tags, to-do lists, markdown, image updates, and dates; I use it as a canvas for personal organization and project management, and have been doing so for the past 10+ years. I cannot live without it and see it almost as an extension of my memory.

 ### 50. Simplify strategic project management with intuitive task tracking and visual layouts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Trello?**

Trello is a great tool for the strategic management of projects. I like the fact that it is so simple to move tasks from one stage to another by just dragging and dropping them. The visual layout is my assistant in tracking everything at a high level on one screen. In the planning sessions, data presentation is simple as there are different ways of looking at it. It is comprehensible, hence the whole team can easily stay on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Trello?**

The major problem with Trello is that private items or personal notes can't be easily distinguished from shared team boards. The reminders and notifications for personal tasks are also seen by the team which is a distraction.

**What problems is Trello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trello enables me to arrange and follow up on many projects at the same time, thus no task is missed. It improves the team collaboration by showing clearly what each person is responsible for and when the deadline is. This has greatly increased our productivity and the project delivery time.
