**What do you like best about Transfix Shipper App?**

Transfix's logistics portal is very simple and easy to book shipments, track shipments and pull reporting as needed to manage operations and shipments. Reporting is robust enough to leverage for analysis and continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Transfix Shipper App?**

Track and traceability sometimes is an issue with information lagging from carriers into Transfix's systems, sometimes requires manual intervention.

**What problems is Transfix Shipper App solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing LTL and FTL shipments for our business as well as transportation spend and visibility.
