"RED Tools"

What do you like best about TransactionPoint?

Overall, RED is a great tool for real estate professionals. Their website designs in particular provide a great user experience. In addition they also have a great support staff that will meet weekly with companies to enhance their user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TransactionPoint?

While RED does a great job, some of their internal intranet tools are outdated and need to be refreshed to keep up with current technology. These tools include their CRM, email campaigns, and CMA tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Detail-Oriented Transaction Management Software"

What do you like best about TransactionPoint?

What I like most about transaction point is that there is no detail missed with this software. It will ask you for every date, contact, document, etc for every transaction, and it will keep you on top of everything and you will be more organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TransactionPoint?

It is pretty expensive software, and because it asks for so many details, it takes a long time to open a transaction, and maintain a transaction, and close a transaction with this software. You have to be committed to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TransactionPoint:

take the time to be trained well so you can make no mistakes with the software. someone else on my team wasn't well trained and it derailed a few of our transactions because she mis-inputed information into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TransactionPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

Business problems that were solved with TP were organization problems. it was too hard to keep track of everything pen and paper style, and excel isn't quite advanced enough. I've seen benefits of having every detail tracked so when our clients ask anything about their transaction we have an answer for them and know where to find it. "Worst Transaction Platform on planet earth"

What do you like best about TransactionPoint?

It doesn't crash, it has a nice name, they must a have really good sales staff to be able to talk brokers into using this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TransactionPoint?

Look and feel of software from the 1980s, incredibly difficult to use, just super complicated, the user friendliness of an untamed feline, doesn't allow users to delete items once uploaded (like why..?). This software shouldn't exist and it is not clear how they convince brokers to actually implement this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Desktop focused and fairly unintuitive"

What do you like best about TransactionPoint?

The ability to cut Docusigned PDFs into separate documents is nice, but I believe that feature is fairly par for the course these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TransactionPoint?

This is more of an internal transaction management system. There is not real client-facing features to update them on the progress of where their transaction is and what is coming up.

The user interface is very old school and clunky.

It is not mobile optimized.

Does not integrate well with MLS/RETS data

Recommendations to others considering TransactionPoint:

I would recommend looking into Dotloop, Skyslope, Reesio, or another more modern transaction management software provider. All have upsides/downsides based on what integrations you need or problems you are trying to solve, or as in my case, if you are located in California and need a solution that plays nicely with Zipform, who currently has an exclusive deal with C.A..R. "TP made transaction corrdinating streamlined, paperless and easy"

What do you like best about TransactionPoint?

The best part of TP is being paperless. We, as a company, were able to create and implement the platform with the activities and resources we needed. I also like the fact that you are able to order NHD Reports, Home Warranties, Open Escrow right from the platform. Once the items are ordered, they reports are uploaded directly into your file from the companies you choose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TransactionPoint?

The "look" of TP is a little 'less pretty' than some of the other platforms. It could use a makeover. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TransactionPoint:

The ease of this platform is something to look into when looking for a transaction management platform for TC use. There are other platforms out there, but TP is really geared for TCs, while other platforms are geared more toward agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
