He provided top-shelf service to this new user. He is highly successful in our real estate industry...but genuinely modest. Nice to work with. He has a unique appreciation and expansive knowledge of how it all works and has been able to pull a team together to provide the industry with this tool. Priceless if you ask me. After much research Trackxi was the one Real Estate Transaction Tracker, Client, and Project Management platform that caught our attention. Ease of Use was a huge factor for this mature admin. :) The support falls right in line with the owner's commitment to providing a quality product and experience. We are continuing to learn all that this software can do for us and are excited to see how they grow along with their client base. A fan of this product! THANK YOU TRACKXI!! **What do you dislike about Trackxi?** No downside has been determined. I am pretty new to this so still learning how to take advantage of all it has to offers. **What problems is Trackxi solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an Admin, there are several ways Trackxi is benefiting me, even though I am still pretty new to it all. Tracking of each transaction and the players involved, this alone has been instrumental. To not have to search through emails to determin who all needs to be included on email communciations from me following the initiation of a pending deal, is awesome. Helping to maintain the required documents and their completion by agents and their client(s) is another big plus. The system allows for you to customize your workflow and tasks, so our office requirements are front and center to me until completion. Project Tracking and building our polocies and procedures within the system are next on the list and should provide reassurance to the company that business can continue if someone new has to sit down and run with it. ### 2. They also have an excellent email system that loads information directly from the transactions. Everything is easy to understand, and the support is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Trackxi?** Some of their systems could use some polish, but from what I've heard from the developers, they are actively revamping the areas that need it. The Buyers/Sellers section and the Tools the spaces with the biggest room for improvement. **What problems is Trackxi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of having to enter and re-enter information about a transaction and set up calendar alerts for each step, Trackxi will organize and track everything to do with a Transaction. Trackxi also has lots of flexibility in personalizing the exact transaction timing so that it works effectively for you as an individual agent. This, coupled with extra tools like sharing and emails that pull from the transaction, make it a big time saver across the board. ### 3. I like the checklists and the fact you can automate the process and save time. **What do you dislike about Trackxi?** There is nothing I dislike about Trackxi **What problems is Trackxi solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to integrate templates and set data to auto-populate from the added transaction. When opening a new transaction, this saves us at least 20 minutes of time on opening emails alone. Along with that, our team now has a place to add notes and updates so we can all be informed on changes and progress. ### 4.
