Customer service stands out as a vital aspect, reducing downtime and enhancing learning from a consumer's view. I like that Total Lean Management (TLM) QMS Software keeps our quality and supplier records in one place, which makes it easier for me to find the information I need and move between my daily tasks. The initial setup was very easy, and I haven’t run into any significant issues so far. I'm still learning some of its features, but it has worked well for the quality tasks I use it for.
