# Which employee advocacy platforms best scale social reach through employee networks based on user reviews?

Looking for input from G2 reviewers and marketing and communications leaders in the Employee Advocacy category, specifically from organisations that have moved beyond having a handful of active employee advocates to programmes where participation is consistent across hundreds or thousands of employees, and where the social reach generated through employee networks represents a measurable contribution to overall brand reach metrics.

The platforms with the strongest reach-scaling evidence:

Sociabble: Reach scaling through employee networks is the most specifically documented programme outcome. The mobile-first design and one-click sharing from the content feed are described as the participation mechanics that make high-volume sharing sustainable; employees share from the same app where they consume company news, without a separate login or workflow.

Haiilo: The social amplification tracking, showing which employee advocates are generating the most reach, engagement, and web traffic from their shares, is the scaling intelligence that marketing and communications leaders credit for identifying programme growth opportunities. The ability to see aggregate reach generated through the employee network compared to brand-owned social performance is described as the metric that makes the programme's contribution to brand reach visible and defensible to leadership.

DSMN8: The per-employee reach and engagement analytics are described as the scaling tool — identifying which employees in which roles, functions, and geographies generate the most social reach from their shares, allowing programme managers to replicate the conditions that produce high-reach advocates across a broader employee population.

Sprinklr: Enterprise-scale employee advocacy with centralised content governance across global employee populations is the reach-scaling model for large organisations where programme consistency across markets and regions determines the aggregate reach impact.

PostBeyond: Content curation, sharing friction reduction, and reach attribution analytics are specifically credited for scaling employee advocacy programmes from dozens to hundreds of active participants. The content recommendation engine surfaces the posts most likely to be shared by each employee based on their engagement history, reducing the browse-and-select step that creates participation drop-off in content-library-only models.

For communications leaders who have measured the aggregate social reach generated through their employee advocacy programme, what is the ratio of employee-generated reach to brand-owned social reach, and at what employee participation rate did the programme's reach contribution become material enough to be reported as a separate channel in brand reach metrics?

I’d be interested in where the participation threshold really starts to matter. A programme can look healthy on signup numbers, but reach only becomes meaningful once employees are sharing consistently enough for advocacy to behave like a distinct channel.
