**What do you like best about Total Dental?**

It's great for managing everything from dentists schedules room changes, schedules of hygienists, payments addresses and more. It is very robust and it wasn't very hard to use and I'm not the most technical of people.

**What do you dislike about Total Dental?**

The software could be buggy at times and it would sometimes crash when using it and get server errors. It was frustrating but customer support was good about helping us diagnose.

**What problems is Total Dental solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help in managing a practice of 4 dental offices.

Support and ease of training. Cloud access. 

**What do you dislike about Total Dental?**

Glitches. Missing buttons and problems logging in.

It has too many bugs and issues. Hope they can resolve as it has so much potential.

**What do you like best about Total Dental?**

Easy way to prescribe and tooth charting. Gives simplicity to billing and scheduling as well for all users in an office 

**What do you dislike about Total Dental?**

The dashboard is very clustered and unorganized and can use more sections for easy understanding.

**What problems is Total Dental solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to keep charts for teeth, allergies, and other lab reports under very organized charts for each patient.
