**What do you like best about TOP?**

Great web app which support our manager in their everyday life to take the decision on time regarding our consultants. All powered by A.I.
Our turnover rate was really improved !
Thanks to the T.O.P Team, well done !

Please add the Spanish language and develop a new view to manage the executives.

Yes, totally, really smart and efficient solution for the management.

**What problems is TOP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really put down the resignation rate in our company, T.O.P allows us to visualize and realise the good management action on time before to get a departure in the team.
The suite of KPI is also great to visualize the trend of the past and actual years.
