The new AI features are very good and have helped make some potentially complicated stories much simpler.

Tines has continued to be our reliable SOAR / case management solution in the SOC. It's completely transformed how we operate and we're still continuously building and improving our flows. A year or 2 or 3? on, Tines has gone from a tool we used to simplify a few tasks to something genuinely embedded in how the SOC runs day to day. Highly recommended.
