"Revolutionized Our Intune Workflows with No-Code Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines to automate repetitive workflows and improve security response times, which is really helpful. I like that it allows for no-code automation of complex endpoint and security workflows across MS Intune and MS Graph without relying heavily on PowerShell scripting. This feature directly removes the biggest friction in an Intune admin's day-to-day work, such as manual efforts and fragile scripting. Tines helps me by automatically detecting issues like device compliance and threat detection, saving a lot of time and reducing repetitive Intune tasks. Additionally, the initial setup experience was excellent, I'd rate it a 9 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

It can add more native, out-of-the-box integration & pre-built workflows, especially for MS Intune & Graph to reduce reliance on custom API configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful SOC Automation That Streamlines Jira Ticket Delivery"
5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

We can automate even complex tasks in SOC and vulnerability management. I created an automation in Tines for Jira ticket delivery, so tickets are delivered from Axonius to Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

We have licensing based on event count, which limits our processes. When we created a Tines story for ticket delivery, it ended up exceeding the daily limit, so we had to split that same story into three separate stories. That’s the main area where Tines could improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Automation for Security Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines to automate security and IT workflows that would otherwise be repetitive and manual. I really like its flexibility and how well it handles real multi-step workflows. It's powerful enough to automate complex processes across different tools but still practical for day-to-day operational use. It helps reduce manual work and improves consistency, especially for building workflows around incident response, phishing investigations, user access tasks, and general operational processes where speed and consistency matter. I find it valuable because it makes workflows easier to adapt as processes evolve, and it saves a lot of time. The initial setup was fairly straightforward overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

One area where Tines could improve is in managing very complex workflows since larger automations can become harder to organize and maintain over time. I think there is room to make troubleshooting and visibility even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Automation with a Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines mainly to automate repetitive security and IT workflows, like handling alerts and syncing data between tools, which saves a lot of manual effort. I appreciate its flexibility and ease of use, allowing me to build powerful automations without heavy coding. The visual workflow builder simplifies understanding and managing even complex processes. I really like how well Tines integrates with other tools and reliably handles workflows, running smoothly in the background and saving time. Initial setup was straightforward with its intuitive interface and helpful guides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

One thing that could be improved is the learning curve for more advanced workflows-it can take some time to fully understand all features. Also, better documentation or more ready-made templates would make it even easier to get started quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visual No-Code Automation Supercharges Security Workflows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I love Tines for its visual, no-code workflow builder which is super intuitive for rapid prototyping without needing dev skills. Its lightning-fast execution is impressive, even on complex automations. The ability to drag-and-drop workflows in minutes instead of days coding scripts makes Tines invaluable for quickly iterating on security alerts or IT tickets without waiting on developers. I appreciate that it handles high-volume automations without lag and has reliable integrations that mean fewer failures in production, saving my team hours. I also like how Tines seamlessly integrates with various tools like SIEMs, ITSM, identity services, cloud logs, and APIs, allowing them all to fit into one coherent workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

The learning curve for super advanced logic, like nested conditions, can trip up non-technical users initially. There are occasional rate-limiting hiccups with high-volume API-heavy workflows. I'd love deeper native AI features for smarter decision-making without extra agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Automation with Powerful Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines mainly for automating our security and IT workflows. It helps us connect different tools we already use, so we can respond to incidents faster and with less manual effort. It's useful for routine tasks like user provisioning checks and pulling reports. I love how it saves time and reduces chances of human error by standardizing repetitive processes. Tines eliminates manual, repetitive work in our workflows, reducing alert fatigue by automatically filtering and enriching alerts. This allows us to focus on what matters most and improves response times by acting as a bridge between multiple tools. Its flexibility lets us build workflows tailored to our exact needs, and the visual drag-and-drop interface makes it easy for anyone to create and update workflows quickly. I appreciate its reliable performance in handling complex workflows consistently and how it integrates smoothly with different tools, streamlining processes. The initial setup was straightforward and quick, with its low/no-code approach and pre-built templates making it easy to get started. The intuitive interface helped us build basic workflows easily. Overall, Tines boosts efficiency, consistency, and frees up time for more meaningful work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

While Tines is powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. For complex workflows, debugging can sometimes be tricky and time-consuming. The UI, while user-friendly overall, can feel a bit cluttered when workflows get large. There’s also a bit of a learning curve for more advanced features, especially for new users. Improving documentation or in-product guidance for complex use cases would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation with Reliable Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I used Tines for automating the repetitive tasks in my work, which helped me save time and effort. The best part is how it connects easily with different tools without constant human intervention. Tines helps solve inefficiencies caused by manual processes, reducing human error while speeding up workflow and making it easier to manage more tasks across systems. The most valuable part for me is how it saves my time and effort while being reliable. It doesn't require me to keep checking things once the workflow is processed, and it runs just as expected. Initially, the setup was straightforward, and once the workflow was set up, it got more comfortable and easier with advanced features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

Although it has been a really good experience, sometimes advanced workflows make me feel a bit complex while setting things up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I really like how simple Tines is to use and navigate around. The user interface makes it so much easier to build something useful, and you don’t need to be technically sound to use it. My favorite part is the visual workflow builder, which is a cherry on top. I also appreciate the flexibility Tines offers as you can start small and keep building as you move forward. It integrates different systems and APIs, making our processes faster and smoother, which saves us time while routine tasks work in the background. The initial setup was quite easy too, and the interface helped us manage and create things on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

Once the workflow gets bigger, it feels a little cluttered. It’s great to start, but as the size grows, it can take some effort to keep everything clean and easy to follow. Also, debugging can cause an issue sometimes. Not as quick as we’d like. When something breaks down, you have to go deep into why and where it broke. It would really help if there was a clearer failure path view like instantly highlighting the steps where the problem arises. Sometimes, you get the technical response but not the context of who caused it. The depth of specificity can be improved in terms of visualisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Workflow Automation with Tines"
4/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines mainly as a SOAR platform for creating workflows related to security automation, and I really appreciate that it's a no-code platform. This makes developing automation workflows much simpler and faster, particularly since they would otherwise take months to create. I find Tines to be simple and easy to use, with a good interface. The template library is great; it has many stories already implemented, like Tines audit logs to Splunk, which can be directly reused. I also like the Tines AI agent, which helps create optimized workflows with a minimal number of actions. Additionally, the initial setup was really smooth, and the Tines support team was super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
