"Intuitive Automation with Potential for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines primarily for automating workflows and reducing manual effort across our operations. It helps connect different tools and systems through APIs, allowing us to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. What stands out the most about Tines is its intuitive and visual workflows builder, which makes it very easy to design and understand even complex automation processes without needing deep technical expertise. I love that Tines integrates with almost any tool. The initial setup is generally easy to start, and beginners can quickly build simple workflows using its visual drag-and-drop interface and pre-built templates, making the early experience intuitive and fast. I even recommend Tines 10 out of 10 to my colleagues and friends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

While Tines is a powerful and flexible automation platform, there are a few areas where improvements could make the experience even better: there's a noticeable learning curve for beginners. Debugging workflows can be complex, and the pricing transparency isn't very clear. Also, the limited templates/library could be expanded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Automation Platform for Security Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines as a powerful automation platform to streamline security and operational workflows. It helps me connect different tools and systems without needing heavy coding, making building and managing processes much faster and more efficient. The visual workflows builder is a standout feature, making it easy to map out processes, understand how everything connects, and quickly make changes when needed. I also appreciate the security automation, which is ideal for SOC tasks like alert triage and incident response. Tines lets you build automations by connecting blocks instead of coding, making it fast, easy to understand, and beginner-friendly. It's good for creating workflows like alerts, checks, and integrations. Tines acts like a central connector layer between everything in my tech stack. The initial setup of Tines is quite easy, and beginners can quickly build simple workflows using its visual drag-and-drop interface and pre-built templates, which makes the early experience intuitive and fast. I also enjoy the AI-powered automation and pre-built templates and library which make things faster to build. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

Workflows can get messy. Complex logic is harder. Expensive for individual. Debugging and testing can be tricky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation with Intuitive No-Code Workflows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I love how Tines makes automation effortless. It streamlines security workflows without needing any code, which really saves time and reduces manual effort, allowing me to focus on bigger problems. What I like most is how intuitive it is; building automation flows is simple, visual, and doesn’t require coding, which gives me the freedom to customize processes without getting bogged down in technical complexities. The visual and no-code approach is a game changer, as I can design complex workflows quickly, turn what used to be hours of manual effort into drag-and-drop steps, and make automation accessible and empowering. Tines feels lighter, more flexible, and easier to adapt to our workflows, reducing the overhead of maintaining complex integrations. The initial setup was impressively smooth, not requiring heavy technical effort, and within a short time, we had our first automations live. I also use Tines alongside tools like Slack and Jira, which helps keep communication and task tracking in sync with automated workflows, smoothly bridging the gap between alerts, collaboration, and follow-up actions across the team. What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

One area that could be improved in Tines is the learning curve when building more advanced workflows; sometimes the documentation feels a bit sparse for complex use cases. I’d also love to see smoother integrations with a wider range of tools to make automation even more seamless. Tines could really benefit from more in-depth, scenario-based documentation or tutorials that walk through advanced workflows step by step. On the integrations side, expanding native connectors for popular tools like Jira, Slack, and cloud security platforms would cut down on the need for custom API work and make the overall experience smoother. "Intuitive Automation, Needs Better Debugging"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines to automate workflows and connect different tools without complex coding, which helps reduce manual work, save time, and ensure processes run consistently across different tools. What I like most about Tines is its intuitive no-code/low-code interface, which makes building workflows simple and fast. It also provides flexibility to integrate multiple tools and automate complex processes with ease. The initial setup was simple and quick, making it easy to get started and build workflows without much difficulty. I use Tines alongside various tools and APIs to integrate services like alerting, messaging, and data handling platforms in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

Sometimes debugging complex workflows can be a bit challenging, especially when multiple steps are involved. Also, more detailed documentation and clearer error messages would make troubleshooting easier. Improving debugging visibility would help a lot, like clearer step-by-step execution logs and better error messages that pinpoint exactly where a workflow fails. A more advanced visual debugger or simulation mode to test workflows before running them live would also make troubleshooting much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Automation with Tines"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I like Tines for its simplicity and flexibility. The visual workflow builder makes designing and understanding automations easy, even for complex processes, and I don't have to rely heavily on coding, which speeds things up. It integrates well with different tools, bringing everything into one place, and allows me to customize workflows exactly how I want, making it powerful. Tines saves time, reduces manual effort, and makes automation feel more accessible and efficient. I appreciate how reliable it is, as workflows run smoothly without constant monitoring, providing confidence, especially for critical processes. The transparency Tines offers makes it easy to track what's happening at each step, simplifying debugging and improving workflows. It's scalable too, handling small tasks or complex automations without feeling overwhelming. Tines feels like a tool that grows with needs while staying easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

There are a few areas where I feel Tines could improve. Sometimes, when workflows become very complex, managing and navigating them can get a bit overwhelming. A more structured way to organize or group large workflows would help. Also, while it’s mostly no-code/low-code, certain advanced use cases still require some technical understanding, which can be a bit challenging for beginners. Another thing is debugging—while visibility is good, troubleshooting deeper issues can sometimes take time, especially if multiple systems are involved. Overall, these aren’t major issues, but improving usability for complex workflows and making advanced features more beginner-friendly would make it even better. "Efficient Automation with Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

Tines has one of the most intuitive and flexible online interfaces available today, which I appreciate the most. Due to the clean and visual user experience, it is easy for me to create and understand my workflows at any level of complexity, even with highly complex automations. I can quickly use the drag-and-drop interface to create process maps without having to get bogged down in the technical details.

Tines integrates effortlessly with a number of tools that I already use. The process of establishing a connection is simple and straightforward; the flexibility of Tines enables me to use it for simple or complex cases with minimal friction.

The performance of Tines has been extremely reliable. Automations work seamlessly and without any noticeable delay, which is vital to mission-critical workflows. This consistent reliability makes me trust Tines completely.

In terms of cost and return on investment (ROI), Tines gives me clear value. The time I have saved by automating repetitive tasks has allowed me to devote myself to higher-value tasks.

Tines has a very solid support and onboarding process. The documentation is straightforward to use, and I was able to get underway with Tines in little to no time. Whenever I have needed assistance, I have had little trouble locating resources for guidance.

Tines artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities provide added improvements to my workflows without adding any level of difficulty or complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

The fact that Tines is so flexible means you can create really intricate workflows. At times I found myself really finding trouble trying to keep track of all the different pieces of my workflow when they became too complicated. It has a fairly clean interface but it will still take extra time to manage large automations and/or debug them when necessary.

Some of the integration options just seem limited and require additional API work, which can make things feel cumbersome for those who are not very "tech" savvy.

In general, Tines performs quite nicely; however, when working with very large workflows there can be slight delays when completing tasks. The price tag may also be a little steep for smaller teams and therefore could limit use as it may appear too costly to get started with based upon other solutions available today.

Support is quite good and their documentation provides good help but if they could put together much more detailed step-by-step guides on good use of Tines would definitely improve the experience for new users. The AI functionality is usable but not extremely developed (as of this writing) and could probably see some advancement from Tines in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tines helps reduce manual work, automate repetitive tasks, improve response times, and keeps our processes organized across multiple tools. What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

Tines works very well overall, but adding more ready-made templates and deeper integrations with some tools would make it even better. Deeper integration with CRM, ticketing, and communication tools would be helpful. More templates for incident response, employee onboarding, and approval workflows would also save time. "Effortlessly Automates Complex Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines as an automation platform to streamline and manage repetitive workflows, especially in security and operations. It helps me connect different tools and systems without needing heavy coding, which saves a lot of time and reduces manual effort. The visual workflow builder makes it really easy to design and understand automations even for complex processes because I don’t need to rely heavily on coding, which speeds things up a lot. Tines really stands out with the level of control you get over workflows, not limiting me to simple 'if this, then that' flows, allowing for advanced automation. I've built workflows that automatically handle alerts end-to-end, collecting data from multiple systems, which makes a big difference in how efficiently my team can address tasks. A lot of repetitive tasks that used to take minutes now happen in seconds, freeing up time for more important issues. The initial setup was pretty straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

While it's marked as low code, some advanced use cases still require a decent technical understanding, which might be challenging for non-technical users. Pre-built templates would be better for advanced use cases and more guided workflow builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation with Flexible Workflows"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I love Tines for automating repetitive workflows and connecting different tools we use daily. It really saves time on manual tasks and keeps everything running smoothly in the background. What I like most is how flexible it is, allowing me to build workflows exactly the way I need without overcomplicating things. I find it simple yet powerful, and even without being super technical, I can build workflows and customize things to my liking. It's really reliable and once set up, I can trust it to work in the background without constant follow-ups. My day-to-day processes are much smoother and less time-consuming. The UI is super clean and easy to get used to, making a big difference. Building and tweaking workflows is quick and hassle-free. The integrations work smoothly, connecting everything without a lot of hassle. It makes life easier by cutting down unnecessary manual work. I switched to Tines for its flexibility and ease of management. It's more intuitive than our previous tool. The initial setup was smooth, and the transition has been worth it. It aligns teams and automates tasks efficiently in our mid-sized company with roughly 100-200 employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

Honestly, there’s not a lot to complain about, but I feel like the learning curve can be a bit confusing in the beginning, especially if you’re new to automation tools. Some features could be more intuitive or better explained. Also, when workflows get complex, it can be a little tricky to troubleshoot quickly. A bit more guidance or clearer documentation in those moments would really help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
