"Automates tasks and makes work easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I mainly use Tines to automate routine tasks and connect different tools, which helps me save time and keeps everything more organized. I like how simple and clean it feels to use even when setting up automations, making my daily work less stressful since things just run on their own. It's flexible and lets me build things the way I need without feeling restricted. It works really well with other tools I already use, so everything stays connected and runs smoothly. The flexibility means I can set things up exactly how I need, saving time and avoiding a lot of extra tasks and work. The initial setup was easy overall, and it didn't feel too complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

In the beginning I did feel a bit confused while setting up some of the advanced workflows. It's not hard but it takes a little getting used to. I also feel having more ready-made templates would make things quicker and easier to start with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Automation with Tines, Some Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I appreciate how easy Tines makes creating workflows with its visual, drag-and-drop user interface. As a web developer, I can quickly connect various services without writing much code, offering a lot of flexibility for managing custom logic and using APIs. Tines helps automate my work and reduce manual tasks while developing apps by linking different tools, processing alerts, and optimizing processes without extensive backend coding. It automates repetitive tasks and streamlines workflows, simplifying alert management, data movement, and integrations, which saves me time and minimizes human error. Setting up Tines was straightforward, with the basic workflows being quick to implement, and everyone found the UI intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

An area to improve is the learning curve of advanced workflows because it can become complicated with a lot of logic at times. Debugging can sometimes be less intuitive particularly if you are dealing with an issue within a lengthy workflow. If you have better documentation along with more explicit error messages that would create a much smoother experience with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automates Our Workflow with Ease, But Needs Better Debugging"
4/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines to automate high-stakes processes in security, IT, and engineering, and it really boosts efficiency by eliminating repetitive manual tasks. I love how it connects our siloed tools, letting us focus on high-impact strategy instead of constant data entry. The platform’s no-code storyboard is fantastic because it allows us to deploy complex security workflows quickly, in hours instead of weeks, which drastically reduces our incident response times and saves us hours every week. Tines is incredibly flexible since it’s vendor-agnostic and connects to any REST API, which is invaluable as it enables us to build sophisticated automations without needing a dedicated team of developers. The best part about Tines is the no-code storyboard, making building complex automations as simple as drawing a flowchart. I particularly value Tines Pages for easily adding 'human-in-the-loop' approvals and the AI Agent actions that smartly handle unpredictable data. The initial setup is quick and lightweight as Tines is a cloud-based platform, and using pre-built templates from the Story Library makes it easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

The learning curve for complex data transformations can be steep if you aren't familiar with APIs. Additionally, debugging large workflows is sometimes difficult, and the built-in reporting dashboards feel a bit basic for tracking deep metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy integrations with Webhook and Email Sources"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

Tines is a great platform for building workflows, with options for delayed events, logic controls to route events through different rules, and clear examples of how to use various integrations with easy one-click imports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

You can't run JavaScript expressions; you have to use formula expressions. While they have expanded the options, formulas can still get pretty large if you're doing more complicated operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines to automate repetitive security and IT tasks, which helps me connect tools, handle alerts, and reduce manual work-saving time and avoiding errors. I appreciate that it removes manual, repetitive work like handling alerts, data enrichment, and ticket updates. Tines is flexible, fast, and saves a lot of time by automating complex tasks. I really like how well Tines integrates with different tools—it connects everything smoothly in one place. Also, the workflows are easy to manage and scale as needs grow. The initial setup of Tines was fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes Tines can feel a bit complex at the start—there’s a learning curve. Also, debugging workflows could be more straightforward, especially for larger automations. Improvements could include simpler onboarding with guided templates, better in-app tips, and clearer debugging with easy-to-understand error messages and visual tracing. 4.5/5

"Automation Made Easy with Tines, Despite Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines to automate routine HR workflows, which significantly improves operational efficiency. I like how it streamlines complex processes like candidate communication, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding by integrating multiple tools into a single automated workflow. The flexibility of Tines stands out for me, allowing seamless integration with multiple tools, making HR operations much more efficient. The visual workflow builder is a particular favorite as it simplifies the process design and monitoring without needing extensive technical knowledge. It helps reduce manual effort while maintaining accuracy and consistency, enabling me to focus more on strategic and people-centric HR activities. I also appreciate its integration with other platforms like Slack and Google Workspace, which helps create seamless end-to-end processes while reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

While Tines is very powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform has a learning curve, especially for non-technical users in HR, as setting up workflows and integrations can initially feel complex. More HR-specific templates or use cases would make it easier to get started. Additionally, clearer documentation and in-app guidance for beginners would be helpful. At times, troubleshooting workflows can also take longer than expected, so improved debugging support would enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformative Automation for Procurement Efficiency"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I really like how Tines simplifies complex procurement workflows while being easy to use. The visual, no-code/low-code workflow builder is particularly valuable because it allows me to design and modify workflows quickly without needing heavy technical support. This is a huge advantage when handling processes like supplier onboarding, approvals, and reporting that involve multiple stakeholders. I also appreciate the seamless integration with procurement tools like Coupa and SAP Ariba because it connects platforms and unifies data across systems. The real-time automation and alerts for approval reminders, supplier follow-ups, or contract renewal alerts ensure everything happens proactively without manual tracking. Additionally, the reusability and scalability of workflows are efficient; for example, once a supplier onboarding workflow is built, it can be reused across different categories or regions. Transparency and auditability are crucial, and Tines makes every step traceable, which is important for compliance and governance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

While Tines has been very effective overall, there are a few areas where I think it could be improved, especially for procurement use cases: Managing complex approval logic can become harder as workflows grow in complexity. Deeper native integrations with procurement platforms like Coupa and SAP Ariba would reduce setup time. Workflow visualization at scale can become visually cluttered. Better debugging and error tracing tools are needed for quicker issue resolution. Having more procurement-specific templates or use cases could speed up adoption. "Powerful Automation with Room for Workflow Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

I use Tines for automating security workflows and incident response processes, helping connect tools and similar repetitive tasks with no-code automation. I appreciate the flexibility for security workflows, which is especially popular in a security operation center (SOC) team because it can connect alternative tools and responses into an automatic workflow. I also like mixing automation with human judgment, making the process more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

I think Tines can get complex to manage at scale. It requires solid technical steps for an advanced workflow. There's room for improvement with better modular reuse, clearer debugging flow, tracing, stronger version control, and a more structured way to organize larger workflows. Also, while the initial setup is generally quick, integration and workflow take more effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Automation with User-Friendly Interface"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tines Stories?

The no-code interface is what I like best — it's very easy to use and the team picked it up quickly without much training. Implementation was smooth, we got our CrowdStrike and Qualys workflows up and running without any major issues. Integration with both tools was straightforward and didn't require much technical effort. We use it daily since most of our automations run on a schedule and handle tasks without any manual input. The number of features covers everything we need for our security automation use cases. Customer support has also been helpful whenever we had questions, response times were decent and issues got resolved without much back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tines Stories?

Sometimes finding the right action or connector takes a bit of time. A better search or clearer categories would help and save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
