The accrual logic holds up under the messy real-world cases, tenure-based entitlements, mid-year joiners, different rules for different groups, instead of breaking the moment someone doesn't fit the happy path. I like that Time-Out Zone integrates seamlessly with Slack, which is important for us because we communicate daily on there, and it's great that we get notifications through it. The integration with Google Calendar is also a big convenience since it reflects all approved leaves directly on the calendar, which we use for everything, including calls and meetings. It's also impressive how the founder was personally involved in our onboarding process, making it smooth for our team, along with the help of a customer success manager who is almost always available.
