Mashery serves its purpose of Token authetication but the user interface was terrible. They recently made changes to make it better and more modern, but I still think there is room to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The worst part about the application was that a user could not have more than one tab open and making changes to both. We also had a case where we maxed out our API limit which took more than an hour to resolve with Mashery, an issue like this should be able to be resolved within minutes.
