Provides greater performance and helps expose applications(SOAP and REST) as APIs to external partners. Well documented error handling. **What do you dislike about TIBCO Cloud API Management?** The documentation related to different features could have been a little more elaborate on how the request flows from one system to another and related configuration files involved and the series of events that happens during request flow until it reaches the target system and response is sent to source. **Recommendations to others considering TIBCO Cloud API Management:** Easy to use, configure and deploy. TIBCO Cloud Mashery is one of best application for coordination. It gives rich arrangement of connectors to mix like Salesforce connector, Microsoft GP and some more. A client can undoubtedly make coordination utilizing intuitive highlights. A client can convey the application in cloud center or on premise ESB worker and arrangement is actually a cake stroll in TIBCO. Programming interface lifecycle the board, Programming interface security door, and security strategy the executives parts are solid. The help of TIBCO is additionally acceptable. **What do you dislike about TIBCO Cloud API Management?** Main downside is the limited visibility on cloud for certain functions, such as access to logging and analytics (perceived as a 'black box'). Requires third party cloud PaaS to run third party free services. It is hard to integrate with services behind the firewall in the private VPC. Arrangement of a VPC and dedicated load balancers isn't trivial and can be challenging without the help of a TIBCO Engineer. Java programming knowledge is needed for more complex usage. The UI is confusing, especially when mocking services. **What problems is TIBCO Cloud API Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** TIBCO Cloud Mashery has practically all enterprise connectors available out of the box for Enterprise Integration for Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP, etc. TIBCO Cloud Mashery is Java-based, so it is very easy to implement and create customized components. It genuinely reduces the speed to market because it essentially makes enterprise integration a cakewalk. TIBCO Cloud Mashery any point platform is shining starting in API economy as it provides interactive and well-integrated Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, and Manage support. Excellent documentation available for the product. TIBCO Cloud Mashery has many active groups/community where members are always ready to help. ### 4. They recently made changes to make it better and more modern, but I still think there is room to improve. **What do you dislike about TIBCO Cloud API Management?** The worst part about the application was that a user could not have more than one tab open and making changes to both. We also had a case where we maxed out our API limit which took more than an hour to resolve with Mashery, an issue like this should be able to be resolved within minutes. **What problems is TIBCO Cloud API Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use mashery for token authentication for our REST API service.
