**What do you like best about TIBCO Cloud API Management?**

Mashery serves its purpose of Token authetication but the user interface was terrible. They recently made changes to make it better and more modern, but I still think there is room to improve.

**What do you dislike about TIBCO Cloud API Management?**

The worst part about the application was that a user could not have more than one tab open and making changes to both. We also had a case where we maxed out our API limit which took more than an hour to resolve with Mashery, an issue like this should be able to be resolved within minutes.

**What problems is TIBCO Cloud API Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use mashery for token authentication for our REST API service. They also provide reports and a great way of configuring endpoints.
