**What do you like best about NetMind?**

I prefer it over some of the static profiles that claim to map out bad behaviors/mentality. This seems to catch fraudulent activity that maybe missed in the older systems of working.

**What do you dislike about NetMind?**

It can be tedious to examine individual alerts further and comprehend why they are generated. There aren’t a lot of graphs and charts, and it is hard to use them to look for patterns in fraud schemes.

**What problems is NetMind solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NetMind assists me in protecting against fraud by regularly tracking activity of the subscribers and indicating suspicious activity. This has helped us to prevent fraudulent activities before they cause losses to our business.
