**What do you like best about TheraOffice?**

Easy setup. Allows multiple instances for one user, makes it easier to work multiple cases.

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

Its frustratingly slow.  System is not intuitive.  Reporting is a joke.  Hard to get data out of the system.  Some basic billing functions are non existent.  

Just to print daily progress notes, which should be a easy function, can take a long time depending on the number of notes.

**What do you like best about TheraOffice?**

TheraOffice is pretty end user friendly. It is easy to navigate and track patient appointments, information, and health outcomes.

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

The system does not allow much customization in reporting and can take awhile to have a custom report built by the staff. It doesn't integrate well with other platforms or EHR systems.

**Recommendations to others considering TheraOffice:**

Ask for other customer testimonials so that you can gauge challenges and plan accordingly during setup.

**What problems is TheraOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this system for our physical and occupational therapy program - inpatient and outpatient services. It contains all necessary information for the therapists treating the patients and they have found this system to be simple, yet effective in patient care management.

some of the reports are not very helpful.

**What do you like best about TheraOffice?**

The full integration of scheduling, documentation, HEP, accounting, and their vast array of reporting. TheraOffice is very user friendly and easy to train staff.

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

Could have more user continuing education and a built in patient visit estimator.

**Recommendations to others considering TheraOffice:**

TheraOffice is a great platform. It does not matter if you have 1 office or 20, the system has great flexibility and the team their is always willing to assist you with any question or make a custom report.

**What problems is TheraOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to improve efficiency of both the front office and the clinical staff. We have seen a reduction in overhead because of the efficiencies we have put in place.

**What do you like best about TheraOffice?**

With the new update, I love that everything is combined into one application: documentation, scheduling, reports, etc—everything you need all rolled in!  The tab system is intuitive and easy to use and the program is pretty customizable for individual businesses. 

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

Nit picky details about placement of buttons or links:
1- in patient charts— making the transition from the tabs at the top to the scheduling, documentation, billing history links at the bottom
2- in patient charts— in scheduling tab, the amount of clicking to find/see the patients treatment history 

**What problems is TheraOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently our company is working autopopulation of modifiers for billing charges

**What do you like best about TheraOffice?**

Having billing integrated with the documentation software made submitting easier.

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

I did not like how after uploading forms into it for me to look at I still had to manually input the same information.  This was very tedious when performing initial evaluations as I spent more time copying information over than I did putting down my findings.

**Recommendations to others considering TheraOffice:**

Take some time to learn how to use it before starting official documentation.

**What problems is TheraOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to integrate my physical therapy documentation with billing efficiently which saved me time during my documentation after patient treatments.

**What do you like best about TheraOffice?**

Unlike most EMR software, at least for therapists, both the billing software and the documentation software is robust. The features and reports allow you to easily manage your schedule, patient information, incoming payments and outstanding A/R.

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

There are quirks in the software that you need to learn, like not writing off the entire balance on a visit if the patient has a copay - even if the copay has been paid, otherwise the balance will be negative instead of zero. However, once you've learned these quirks - and there are fewer of them than there used to be - it's a very simple software to use.

**Recommendations to others considering TheraOffice:**

Worth the money in the long run.

**What problems is TheraOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous EMR was very segmented and not robust. We had a hard time tracking authorizations, payments, and outstanding balances. TheraOffice has solved those problems, which has reduced frustration around the office and increased revenue, since our business has generally has a time limit on collections (insurances will generally only pay if the claim is received within 90 days from date of service).

**What do you like best about TheraOffice?**

The customer service is outstanding! They are always there to help! I also enjoy how in the accounting tab how there is a pie chart showing the amount paid, amount written off, and the patient amount is showen. Also in billing how we can run a batch check before we send out the claims. In our old system, We were not able to do this which resulted in errors on claims. 

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

The only thing that I dislike at this time is when claims are paid, the batch of claims is not set as complete. It would be nice to know what claims on the batches have not been paid yet to help with keeping up and past due claims. Also the newest update I am not too sure about yet. 

**What problems is TheraOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None at this time. There are many benefits to theraoffice. The billing is one of them. Being able to batch check is a great feature. Down the road our company is going to be fully electronic with claims processing and Theraoffice is going to make this possible.

**What do you like best about TheraOffice?**

Well,  I would say the best part was user friendliness and ease of use along with ease of scheduling patients. Keeping patient confidentiality was also a feature I like about.

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

Sometimes, it takes a lot of time processing information or get stuck at one place are some occasional features I did not like about.

**What problems is TheraOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, patient documentation is the key feature in order to be reimbursed from the insurance and the way software generates patient's notes, etc seems to be good enough to be submitted for reimbursement.

I like that theraoffice is all inclusive with the various platforms for documents, evaluations; and that it can be divided per discipline; the schedule is my favorite for ease of use & clarity

the templates were not always ideal, the unchecking of boxes could be tedious

You can customize wording for drop downs

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

You can’t customize the order of drop downs, the reminder system is 97% ineffective, so you never know when it’s time to write a progress note or plan of care report

Soon theraoffice will be combining its scheduling and documentation apps into one, and that will be a significant improvement.

You can keep track of which patients aren’t returning

**What do you like best about TheraOffice?**

It is easy to navigate to patient charts by search function, or through the schedule. Also nice that it has a section to remind me which notes have not yet been completed by me, or signed off by the supervising therapist. Also handy how many tabs I have open, so I can easily see what work I need to complete. 

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

It logs out every 30 minutes or less, which while helpful for HIPAA, is frustrating when trying to access during hour long appointments, and needing to sign back in. Also takes forever to sign back in (like 2-3 minutes sometimes), which is a hassle when I have just a few minutes between patients. It also often freezes or closes out, sometimes not saving any part of a half completed note. 

**What problems is TheraOffice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits seen are the ability to have all notes electronically, which is awesome to have communication between therapists. Some therapists have such terrible handwriting it was impossible to understand what they were saying before. It is also more simple for billing/accounting purposes.

The user friendly look of the program. Also, the smoothness and clutter free look

**What do you dislike about TheraOffice?**

I disliked the semi-outdated look it had to it and how it didn’t have certain options that would have made the program more flexible to PT related practice

Very easy for scheduling and finding exercises for patients
