What do you like best about Thera?

Thera focuses on simplifying the process of working with contractors globally. Our team is in contact with contractors abroad, and Thera handles the payments, currency exchanges, and taxes on our behalf without us having to interfere much.

It was a complicated process of gathering contractor information, sending out contracts, and making sure that everyone was paid on time, but now it is a breeze. The solutions is user friendly and it is very convenient for us that everything is there in one place, thus, we are saved from the heap of emails and the manual work. What do you dislike about Thera?

What do you like best about Thera?

What I really like about Thera is how easy it is to manage contractors from different countries. The platform takes care of compliance, offers contractors specific to each country, and makes payments around the world simple. We don't have to worry about currency conversions or delays with Banks. What do you dislike about Thera?

What do you like best about Thera?

The fees are much more reasonable than what I was previously paying. I am able to withdraw directly onto my local bank and the payments are sent out really quickly. It was very easy to set my payment details up and I also get email notifications every time I'm paid. They keep a full record of all my payment history, which helps me stay organized. What do you like best about Thera?

The most notable aspect is how straightforward their pricing is. There's no hidden FX fees and no unwarranted charges on our monthly statement, which was a concern from other providers. It was seamless to set up and onboard contractors, taking nowhere near as long as we anticipated. Their support on Slack is just as good you get fast answers from real people, as opposed to waiting and chasing ticket queues. Overall they have improved payroll processes and costs. What do you dislike about Thera?

The only recommendation for improvement is the ability to have different access permissions for team members. Currently, every decision must be approved manually, and it would be great to have the ability to assign some tasks to team members with restricted access. What do you like best about Thera?

The outstanding difference is how low the fees are for this product in comparison to other platforms I have used. What do you like best about Thera?

What I appreciate the most about Thera is the quick and smooth payment process.

After I submit an invoice, the money usually reflects in my account the next day, it's super dependable. I can't express how much easier it makes my way of managing operations when I have a number of contractors. What do you dislike about Thera?

There's not much to complain about, but the mobile version could be a little slicker.

It does tend to feel a bit clunky if I'm checking invoices or changing details out of the office.

What do you like best about Thera?

What I appreciate most about Thera is how straightforward they have made contractor compliance.

I find their localized contracts to be functional, professional, and to relieve me of the burden of involving our legal team with every new contractor. The process all feels streamlined and trustworthy.

What do you dislike about Thera?

There isn't a lot to dislike, although I would like to see Thera with more integrations, primarily for our accounting tools and Notion — to lessen the amount of manual work and context switching we have to do between platforms.
