Thera Pricing Overview

Coming from Deel, the cost difference is night and day. I was spending around 60% more per

contractor monthly before, which is insanely high. For a small startup, that adds up quickly. Their

What I appreciate most about Thera is how straightforward they have made contractor compliance.

I find their localized contracts to be functional, professional, and to relieve me of the burden of involving our legal team with every new contractor. The process all feels streamlined and trustworthy.

There isn't a lot to dislike, although I would like to see Thera with more integrations, primarily for our accounting tools and Notion — to lessen the amount of manual work and context switching we have to do between platforms.
