What do you like best about theEMPLOYEEapp?

TheEmployeeApp gives us a unique way to reach employees where they are, on their phones. We can communicate need-to-know, and nice-to-know, information in a more social aspect away from the office. What do you dislike about theEMPLOYEEapp?

We haven't had many downsides to partnering with TheEmployeeApp. Most, if not all, of the issues have been from user error. We've taken those as a chance to update our training on using our app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about theEMPLOYEEapp?

I like how if there is an emergency, we are able to provide our employees with the best information and send out a push notification to alert them right on their phones! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about theEMPLOYEEapp?

Any time I have a question I almost immediately receive a response and it is easy to add new content. I can schedule items to be put into the newsfeed or simply add them to a folder. Everything is very customizable with the ability to schedule posts, easily update content and engage users. We are even looking into using the app for helping to manage check-ins from employees to track COVID-19. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about theEMPLOYEEapp?

There is no way to order the folders. This is especially an issue with the COVID-19 updates as we want them at the top. I also wish we could add links to folders on the newsfeed. I wish the look and feel of the newsfeed was slightly simpler. I find that some employees click on the image and don't see the content they are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about theEMPLOYEEapp?

I love that we finally have a way to effectively engage and communicate with employees while out of the office. Also, it's nice knowing that we can leverage our security to protect this information on the device and make access seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about theEMPLOYEEapp?

There have been times where if you dismiss a push notification, it disappears when you try to access it later in the app. This can be a bit annoying but it's manageable. Other than that, I have not come across anything in the app that I don't really like. In the end, it all comes down to the context you put in the app and how you leverage that content to further engage your employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about theEMPLOYEEapp?

I like the ability to reach all of our registered team members using the Broadcast Alert. Also, our headquarters can upload content that we can "pick" which makes the process very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about theEMPLOYEEapp?

One of the major issues our team members have informed us about is the frequent log outs that occur on the app. We have received many messages telling us they have been logged out of the app, and when they reset their password, they do not receive an email.

Also, during the registration, some team members have entered wrong email addresses which causes issues when they try to reset their password. I would recommend confirming emails when team members register for the app.

I would also like the ability to see how many registered team members have notifications turned on for the FUSE App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about theEMPLOYEEapp?

Great tool for our employees to view their schedule and get notifications of any schedule changes.

The push notification is great for any emergencies or if we have a really bad snowstorm or other weather issues to notify our employees.

One of the best parts is selecting groups that can see a specific type of content but also have the ability for everyone to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about theEMPLOYEEapp?

On the desktop version, it would be nice to see what our post will look like before we post it for a mobile and desktop version.

To have a bigger free text space for typing or expandable so we don't have one small section to type in.

When you click on a post and try to return to the newsfeed, it takes you to the top instead of where you left off.

Have a workflow process. Some type of an approval process where we can set up all of our group and hit the post but it goes through an approval system. Once we click approve, it would post with that scheduled date. This could possibly be a feature that could get installed maybe?

Have a better edit mode on the mobile app for the admins so if we don't have access to a laptop or desktop, we are able to send out alerts, make edits to the post, etc. I know we can do some things currently but not everything like what we can do on a computer.
