I really like how The Sales Factory feels like an extension of my internal team. I'm very happy with the way we work together. The team is strong in communicating and is very responsive, especially my account manager, Youssef Zahran. He's professional,  responsive and ensures his BDRs quickly ramp up. Their services have significantly improved our speed to lead and overall conversion rate, reducing the time by over 50%, and in some cases, they're at least 60% faster in booking meetings with qualified leads than our previous processes.

I felt the onboarding was a big ask. I understand where that's coming from. They need that level of information to ensure their BDR team is successful. But that also puts additional strain on an already small team. So improving the onboarding friction could help.

We used The Sales Factory for lead generation, and their service has been quite valuable. I really appreciate how thorough and professional the onboarding and kickoff process was. They made great early adjustments based on our feedback, which helped recalibrate things effectively. The program ran very smoothly from that point on with little oversight from our team. I was impressed with the positive interaction they had with our prospects and the well-qualified leads they brought into the funnel, which matched our expectations perfectly. **What do you like best about The Sales Factory?**

TSF is able to onboard quickly and pivot when we make refinements to our qualification criteria. Love the quantity of activities and high communication from our SDR, who is highly personable and loved by everyone on our team. He's extremely open to feedback, learns quickly, and doesn't get bogged down by rejection--a sales team's dream.

**What do you dislike about The Sales Factory?**

It's been a little more difficult than expected to compel TSF to show results, particularly natively in our systems. They do a lot of manual reporting on their end to show metrics and performance, and we have asked them to iterate several times based on what our performance metrics are (rather than theirs). We haven't fully solved this yet. Some of their analytics infrastructure feels gatekept.

Our initial onboarding was slightly painful as well--the majority of the team members did not provide value outside of our initial account manager and SDR. The AE we spoke with nearly lost our contract as well due to confusion and misquoting--it was a disaster and didn't reflect well on their sales expertise. That said, getting through the painful onboarding has been worth it.

Create cross-org Slack channels for immediate communication! Also provide meeting links for them to easily schedule with reps.

We engaged with TSF to quickly spin up and prove out an SDR function for our company. They were able to help us stress-test our sales motion and provide immediate improvements to our top-of-funnel qualification. They continue to help our AEs with managing lead flow and getting the highest quality leads on their calendars.

Their onboarding speed was impressive. We went from 0 to 2 reps in less than two weeks. After just three months, we saw how productive and valuable they were, so we increased our representative count to five. These additional reps were up and running in just two days!

Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike about The Sales Factory. Integrating them into HubSpot took some time on my end, as I had to ensure they had all the correct permissions, but it wasn't a significant issue.

Managing Sales Processes: Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and meeting targets can be a challenge. Their approach integrates seamlessly with our existing tools, like HubSpot, making it much easier to manage and track the entire sales process.

No concerns at all.  The Team was very well recieved internally and supported us through the entire process.

Highly recommend if looking to staff up an SDR/BDR function within your orginization.  The weekly meetings and ability to manage your remote team was impressive and made the process very easy.

Marketing was doing a great job in generating leads.  So many that our sellers could not keep up!  We reached out to TSF for assistance in connecting and converting these leads into opportunities for our Account Executives.  The team at TSF was able to work with us and align on our talk track and value statements.  Keep us informed of their progress weekly, as well as provide outlets for us to connect daily if needed.  When pivots were needed in the business they were very agile and were able to work with us to implement changes immediately.

They ask all the right questions, are not here just to clock in and out but rather to help us achieve our goals and sales targets through any means they can support. They also have good people, I have worked across a couple accounts now and have not come across anyone that does not share their core values.

This is not a dislike but I think for any company outsourcing a job function it creates operational issues internally if outsourcing is not a common practice within the organization.

Be upfront with them about your expectations from the start because they will set that as their north star and help you reach those expectations. I highly recommend them for adding fuel to a demand generation program. They are easy to work with, take direction well and are very much solution oriented when inevitable issues arise.

**What do you like best about The Sales Factory?**

Sales Factory acts like extension to my team, and provides BDR calling services that are much easier to utilize than managing in house.

Amrender has a positve attitude, is very collaborative, comes up with good strategies to help increase our succes, and is 100% committed to our success.

**What do you dislike about The Sales Factory?**

1.  Out of the gate meetings booked were low.  

I think this was mostly due to a few factors like list quality, and the ramp up peroid to get BDRs more comfortable on the phone pitching a very technical sale i.e. warehouse automation systems.

2.  There is room for improvement on quality of lists 100% generated by The Sales Factory.

**Recommendations to others considering The Sales Factory:**

1.  Commit to identifying target industries, target companies, and script building out of the gate, this probably seems obvious, but is imperative.   

2.  Be open minded and flexible,  to find out which strategies work best.

3.  In our experience lists provided from our CRM have been more succesful

Managing  internal BDR resources for cold calling is time consuming, and challenging to staff.  Sales Factory eliminates this by proactivly prospecting and generating leads for us with 100% oursourced resources.  From a business development stand point increasing the quantify of qualified leads increases likelyhood of sales.

I expereinced a lapse in lead generation for my region and needed help while our internal team got up to speed. TSF was able to jump in immediately and keep the leads coming. They were so good that they were able to justify extending there contract and we are working on a cost analysis to bring on even more resources to continue to speed up revenue opporunties.

The Sales Factory really put in the effort to learn about our business and our offering. They are truly invested in our success and are have updated and refined their approach to ensure we are obtaining the best possible results from their efforts. I really like that we have a dedicated account rep and salesperson. Our salesperson (John Turnbull) has been able to provide us with valueable feedback based on his calls and he has clearly put in effort to understand our business, our offering and our market. The same can be said for our account rep AmrenderSingh.

We did have some issues at the outset of our engagement. The target lists that The Sales Factory developed did not initially reflect the paramaters that we had set, which meant that time was being spent on outreach that was directed at our target market. The Sales Factory acknolwedged the issue though and provided very good customer service in response.

We have a relatively small team and needed more resources to help us expand sales and grow. The Sales Factory has helped us by providing the intial outreach and cold calling required to book demos. We have been able to significantly expand our sales outreach due to the efforts of The Sales Factory and have increased our demo bookings as a result.

The communication is excellent. Because of the excellent communication, we are able to see positive development in our strategy. By using the metrics they've developed, and meeting on a consistent basis to fine-tune messaging (and big-picture outlook), TSF has been able to deliver exactly what we engaged them for- first meetings with viable prospects.

If you are in a similar situation as us- wanting to open up some outbound prospecting with a lower investment- this is a perfect solution. While I encourage looking to other similar companies, the clear difference with TSF is the advisory role. That, in addition to execellent communication, puts TSF on top.

Over the past several years, our company has been able to grow substantially with only referral-based incoming business. We decided it was time to scale our sales effort, but were weary of the initial investment into an outbound team, reps, and DMs.  The Sales Factory enabled us to outsource our business development department at a reasonable price. They quickly established open lines of communication in order to help us build and test effective messaging. In a true advisory/consultant role, The Sales Factory constantly is asking questions to learn more about our business. Sometimes TSF needs to switch out team members, which can take some time for the newer member to ramp up. As with any company, some employees are more effective and communicative than others! They have done a great job of preparing for this and developing strategies to mitigate it, such as effective documentation, transitional periods, and maintaining gender-neutral names when contacting customers.

I found TSF to be fairly priced. Doing demand gen is expensive, but for a small firm like ours, we did not have to invest in all the infrastruture and management, which is easy to overlook. I think TSF is able to be very price competitive as their costs in Canada are less.

They are a friendly group and did take the initial time to set up the campaign.

Unfortunately, the sales rep assigned to our company was junior, without much experience, and after checking on LI was recently hired. We paid a lot and didn't receive the quality support that was initially advertised by a  "sales expert".  

We received almost no meetings during the 3-month period and when we did they often didn't show up. 

The nature of our sales was a bit more dynamic and subject to adjustments and this didn't work given the level of communication required between us and the sales rep, and the restrictions in place for communicating with that person. 

We sunk a lot of money into this, and unfortunately regret this investment.

Weekly calls. Very nice people. Open to improvement and feedback - especially on cold call recordings, which can be awkward and difficult. The openness to feedback and willingness to iterate is great.

Not much to dislike at this point. It's a results based business, and we have some good results - but need to add more volume. Nothing against the team though.

Evaluate them. There's lots and lots of vendors. This team put us through a very thorough onboarding process and questionaire. I personally filled the entire thing out and it was detailed and showed their expereince in doing this over and over. Worked with a team including data rep, CRM integrations, copywriter, manager, AM, and SDR. I recommend taking the call. The big bonus is they're nice people. Not over confident.

Outbound calling and emailing is a pain for most businesses these days. TSF is helping us with our email sequencing and calling - but the big differentiator is the calling. Email is somewhat easy to automate, but calling takes focus. We don't have an internal BDR/SDR team, so they are supporting with a Full time rep for us.

My favourite thing about Sales Factory is our account manager Andrew. He is amazing to talk to and help ys ynderstand the analytics around sales.

**What do you dislike about The Sales Factory?**

Very difficult to pivit once you are assigned a team. One of our team members does not suit our market but very hard to change that.

**What problems is The Sales Factory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had no sales devition and the established a foundation for us for outbound sales. They helped ys build sales scripts and scrape potential leads.
