
The area that I like most about this software is how it is designed it in a simple way and easy to navigate. As for me, the interface seems to be rather friendly and clear, and even if there are a lot of various options, it is easy to get lost and make no mistake. I also have enjoyed the option of setting the custom complaint categories and the tracking complaints in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the other hand, what I find least preferable is that, at times, the homepage might take time to load, which may be inconvenient if I am, for instance, troubleshooting.
