**What do you like best about The Ansira platform?**

The way Ansira finds the gaps in my marketing and helps me make them better over time. The websites they make that are good for search engines are not too expensive. They are still really good.

The people who help me at Ansira are very good at getting to me and helping me out especially when I have questions, about how things are doing and how to make them better. Overall working with Ansira has gotten better for me which's why I gave them a higher rating, a 9.

**What do you dislike about The Ansira platform?**

I have not had any problems so far. One thing that could be better is if they told us about any price changes before we started working. It can be tough for businesses with budgets to handle surprise costs, between projects.

**What problems is The Ansira platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sincro helped me get insights into my target market and what digital challenges I will face from competitors. They provided me with detailed analytics for my business market and suggested marketing tactics for gaining more traction in small markets.

I absolutely love the wide range of marketing choices available here! On top of that, the customer service is top-tier—they are always quick to help out and resolve any questions right away.

Corporate and home office compliance requirements can sometimes limit flexibility for quick, custom adjustments on the platform

**What problems is The Ansira platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had business cards made and I wanted my name to stick out more and even though we had to get it approved it was done! They look great! They also are always helping me to tweak different marketing items, and always been great to work with!

**What do you like best about The Ansira platform?**

I like that I don’t have to plan it or monitor it. It’s all automated for me.

**What do you dislike about The Ansira platform?**

I know I’m probably not using it to the full. I have no idea how to customize smart lists and choose specific clients for mailers. I used to know how years ago, but I haven’t done it in so long that I wouldn’t know where to start.

**What problems is The Ansira platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SproutLoud does the heavy lifting of direct mail marketing for me. This benefits me because I get professional direct mail sent to targeted clients without any work or planning on my end. Thank you!

One of my favorite features is the “set it and forget it” functionality.  This has drastically reduced the time I spend managing marketing campaigns, allowing me to focus more on serving my clients and growing my business.

If I HAD to pick something I dislike…a more user friendly home page when choosing marketing materials.

Sproutloud automates the entire process, allowing me to launch campaigns without the need for constant manual intervention. Also, maintaining brand consistency while catering to local market nuances can be challenging, especially when selling brand products.  With SproutLand, I can tailor marketing strategies to both align with brand guidelines and respect local consumer expectations.  This balance helps enhance brand loyalty, and consumer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about The Ansira platform?**

For the first time in three years we are generating any revenue through our email marketing channels. 

This success has been transformative and was made even more remarkable by how seamlessly Ansira integrated with our complex security systems in just two days. While we've consistently excelled in PPC, Meta, and SEO campaigns, email marketing had long been a pain point, yielding neither leads nor revenue.  

Ansira addressed key bottlenecks by providing a centralized repository for email templates, direct mail pieces, and online forms. It streamlined target segmentation and data acquisition processes, empowering our local marketers to create personalized, audience-specific content while maintaining brand consistency. 

It has simply been a god send for us and has made everything a breeze.

Analytics and reportiing can improve. We would recommend allowing cross-platform analytics and reporting integration. So, one does not have to move to and from between the platform and third-party reporting tools.

Ansira sold its Sincro Division, which focused on digital marketing for dealerships in order to streamline, this is a shift in Ansira's strategy.

The Reps I have interacted with at SproutLoud have always gone out of their way to work on our behalf.  I had recently been trying to file a claim to lock in some expiring coop funds. The rep actually helped extend the expiration date on the coop funds to make sure there was ample time for the claim to be processed.  I have always been impressed with how willing SproutLoud’s reps are to help!

There is nothing that I dislike.  The website is pretty user friendly, and if I run into a problem, I can easily reach out for help.

I have not been aware of any problems. SproutLoud seems to have been taking care of any issues before the user even becoming aware.

That I can conveniently access all of my marketing assets, adjust paid media programs and more. Also, submitting assets for co-op funds is easier than other co-op programs I've used.

**What do you dislike about The Ansira platform?**

Co-op funds take longer than they used to for approval.

**What problems is The Ansira platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Sproutloud for Generac Marketing On Demand. We love the convenience of auto social media posts because we don't have to screen content directly from corporate to make sure they're relevant. Generac knows what messages we want out there. The alternative is hiring a social media person who we'd have to inform/audit to make sure they understand our product and are not putting out false information. Love that Sproutloud connects us directly with our dealer needs.

I really can’t say I dislike anything but if I would have to pick it would be the claims page. I filed claims for reimbursement and that page isn’t very user friendly. The information they ask for in one type of verbiage but once it is filed and if you use a previous claim to follow what you need it is in different places and called different information

Well, ease of integration and implementation tops the upside list. Although I’m a tech-savvy person, integrations and implementations are always a dreadful process for me. The number of features comes next because even with their low-tiered plan, I could do so much.

Overall, the customer support is fine, but I believe it can be more efficient at times. I’ve faced undue delays on several occasions that I believe were unnecessary. Although my queries were resolved, those extra minutes that I had to wait for could’ve been avoided.

I have had to reach out a couple of times in the last year when I made a mistake with an order or needed clarification on something, and they were always super quick to respond and they stayed engaged with me until my issue or question was resolved. I never felt as if I was bothering them or asking a “stupid” question. They go above and beyond in the experience that they provide.

For me, the biggest perk of Ansira was the ease of use and implementation. I used a lot of software for my business and could easily integrate all into this platform.

The customer support was unresponsive sometimes. Either I wasn’t able to connect or the line kept dropping and it was a frustrating experience. So, I think it can be improved.

Scalability has always been an issue for me and Ansira was like a breath of fresh air for me. Not only it has helped me swiftly expand my business but also helped me acquire new clients.

Since the July 2023 Google update, we have struggled to revamp our SEO campaigns, and we lacked the resources to push all of them back to profitability. 

Ansira was critical in this regard, as it helped us integrate our marketing analytics, user insights, and SERP data which helped us automate some of our tasks and reduce our resource caps.

**What do you like best about The Ansira platform?**

I like that I was able to communicate with the same representative on SproutLoud for the entirety of my request. My representative responded extremely fast and in great detail. I also liked that I could see the entirety of our chain every time that he responded - it kept all of the information very organized and easy to follow. The representative I communicated with was very personable and responded with more than just yes/no answers. He also went above and beyond to help me hit a hard deadline, one that I wasn't sure was achievable. Overall, my representative and SproutLoud in general helped relieve my stress and made my claim process easier.

**What do you dislike about The Ansira platform?**

It was difficult at times to find the support email, as it had a lot of random numbers, but that was my only complaint!

**What problems is The Ansira platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SproutLoud helped me turn around a denied claim and helped me get my money back. I was the one at fault, but they worked with me and other parties involved to solve the problem in a timely manner. I appreciate all the effort SproutLoud put in to help me correct an error, and they clearly cared about my situation.

Customer Service is top notch and to me, that's the most important quality

Reording business cards was a bit cumbersome because there were 2 different cards attached to one order and I couldn't figure out which was mine based on their titles.

The ability to add all relevant information to the claim and pre-approval process for my clients is ideal when I'm submitting bulk claims one after the other.

Some of the information provided to me (the agency) on how/what information to submit to claims does not always translate over to the review process resulting in additional lift on our end to resolve denied claims.
