What problems is TextUs solving and how is that benefiting you?

TextUs is solving a major issue for us: effective communication. Before we started using it, our team struggled with reaching clients in a timely manner. Emails often got lost in the shuffle, leading to delays and missed opportunities. With TextUs, we can send quick, personalized messages that get immediate attention. "User-Friendly and Reliable, but Pricing Hikes and SMS Billing Fell Short"

What do you like best about TextUs?

It was very user friendly, new users were able to easily use it without too much explanation. There was very little downtime, its very reliable. Ultimately we decided to move on because they increased pricing to a point where it was no longer feasible for us, we found a cheaper alternative. Support was always helpful, however they didnt have a number I could call, I could only communicate via email, or a chat widget on their website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
