What do you like best about TextUs?

What do you like best about TextUs?

It was very user friendly, new users were able to easily use it without too much explanation. There was very little downtime, its very reliable. Ultimately we decided to move on because they increased pricing to a point where it was no longer feasible for us, we found a cheaper alternative. Support was always helpful, however they didnt have a number I could call, I could only communicate via email, or a chat widget on their website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TextUs?

They increased the subscription cost substantially, it would have been best to implement a system where you pay for the amount of SMS messages that you send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
