&lt;p&gt;Architecture recommendations from a consulting firm are only as useful as the constraints they&#39;re working with. If they don&#39;t know your existing integrations, your IT team&#39;s capabilities, or your actual timeline, you&#39;ll end up with a stack that looks good on paper but doesn&#39;t survive contact with your environment. The firms worth working with ask about all of that before they suggest anything.&lt;/p&gt;
