Textr Team stands out for its intuitive, unified interface that merges SMS, calling, and lightweight CRM into a single cloud-based platform. While practical, Textr Team’s call quality can sometimes lag—even when on wifi—and advanced integrations are limited compared to bigger enterprise platforms. Importing contacts from certain apps isn’t supported, which may slow onboarding for some teams

The Help articles do not cover a lot of ground, but then again it is simple to set up and use I was searching for call recording and it pulled up 2 articles though neither had any information on recording the call.

**What problems is Textr Team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a remote Administrator for a start-up company, that needs to build a local presence. I was able to purchase a number with the area code of the company to use for texting and calling purposes. It is super economical for unlimited texting and calls. Your whole team can use it, but what I appreciate is I can give my client the log in and he can check daily messages or calls I no longer have to screenshot and upload my daily messages nor do I have to ket him know who responded he can check it. Saves a lot of time at the end of my day

**What do you like best about Textr Team?**

The interface is quite simple to understand; you can edit your contact list very quickly; I like the option to add the team logo makes it look more customizable; it has an attractive panel where you can check team members and organize them in real-time, for SMS you can create templates for each user, the option to create SMS campaigns is my favorite option.

**What do you dislike about Textr Team?**

The support team often takes a long time to answer some questions; when I create campaigns to send massively can take a while to get the SMS to other users, but it is because it handles a lot of data, but it is a good product I have no other complaints about it.

**What problems is Textr Team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The specific use may vary, but I find it indispensable when organizing calls and SMS from clients in a single application. I constantly communicate with my clients, so sometimes I get saturated. The Textr team has helped me improve my organization, I synchronize it with most of my devices, and it is more economical to manage all my conversations and calls. With this application, I save money.

What I like about Textr Team is that it's a comprehensive and user-friendly SMS marketing platform. The interface is easy to use, and I found it quick and straightforward to set up campaigns. The dashboard also gives me a good overview of my campaign performance, with helpful information like open and click-through rates. I also appreciate the various integrations available, including Zapier, making connecting with other tools I use easy. Regarding benefits, Textr Team has brought several advantages to my company in marketing. For example, we've reached our customers more effectively through SMS campaigns. **What do you like best about Textr Team?**

Among the things I like the most about the platform, it is essential to highlight that it is pretty accessible and has easily provided my personal life and the company where I work regarding communicating and interacting with our clients. It has given us the facility of having our database of our clients and to be able to exchange data and search for the information that we need right there, verify the telephone numbers and thus improve the quality of the interaction with each one of them quickly. It also has VoIP verification, thus guaranteeing that our connection is fluid so that our communication is never cut off and thus maintains a light flow. It has practical and simple tools that perhaps we have not seen in other devices, such as text-to-speech character counter, code checking and faxing, saving us a lot of time and money. It's incredible how it has helped us with a comprehensive platform that has every little tool that allows us to improve our state of communication, giving your extensive benefits to be able to cover the breadth of our clients, and has no limits when it comes to being able to communicate with them. It has free tools, but the best of this is that the cost of the packages to be able to access the complete services has guaranteed us an ideal messaging campaign and a light CRM, this being just what we were looking for to complete the team's work system marketing and sales management.

The only con that I can see is that here outside the United States, we often need to contact clients, and being able to have this possibility thanks to this platform is a point in favor; however, the costs can be too high for just a couple of minutes, having more affordable prices would give us the possibility of being able to adapt to the Textr Team messaging system fully.

**What problems is Textr Team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has brought solutions to our starting from the point of having the database of all our clients, all the contacts, verifications, and everything in one place. Being able to take this as a starting point to be able to communicate and carry out our commercial campaigns in a much more practical way, and simple, in addition, you have not allowed us to be more intimate with the requests of our clients to be able to respond to their concerns and preferences of our service, to listen to the voice of each one of clients and what they have to say gives us without a doubt a significant advantage over any other labor system since we start from the voice of those who receive our daily work. **What do you like best about Textr Team?**

As a professional in marketing, the way that Textr Team allows the tool to be used in the same device of your choice, the way it organizes the information, and the way in which messages are collected, are very positive points that this tool has fortified. It helps a lot when it comes to synchronizing devices, and so you don't have to be disorganized. The application allows communication either by text message or calls in real-time, adding that it is possible to assign information to each contact, a vital advantage when wanting to reach the clients of my work. Through accessible plans and professional numbers, it fills any gaps between communicating with other professionals and clients. The fact of being able to protect the information and chats of each contact and being able to manage it on other devices is a plus that this incredible application provides.

**What do you dislike about Textr Team?**

This application really provides more than it takes away, but I have been able to highlight a few negative aspects: The speech-to-text tool must be improved since it interrupts the continuity of a conversation by correcting words that are right. On the other hand, a desktop non-web application for greater comfort would be a key point, and it would really be very positive to have this tool to communicate via desktop in an office environment with easiness.

Due to my profession, I have had to look for ways to stay organized when communicating and stable when scheduling meetings or making international connections. Textr Team, apart from being a very useful tool with multiple capacities and benefits, it is economically accessible, provides an innovative solution, and the fact of being able to business numbers into operation simultaneously; maintaining several numbers is a marvel of communication. I expect more from the application in newer updates, but I have been using it for a while and it hasn't let me down, and with their progress, I think they will do a great job.

Textr team is an agile tool, a safe option that allows us to guarantee the form of communications avoiding virtual or physical limitations that we may have. It has multiple essential tools to achieve a broad communication channel, either by text or phone call, which allows us to cover different options to cover spaces that can create gaps. Through other numbers and quite accessible plans, it will enable us to access all the necessary lines to serve all our clients, not leave any out and cover the CRM area, carrying out excellent contact management and successful bilateral communication, which help us allow to ensure this. Likewise, maintaining our contacts and integrating them with other platforms, which will enable us to incorporate the information of our clients, is an essential advantage to reaching each one of them directly.

Considering negative aspects within so many positive ones is somewhat complicated; we have taken the time to evaluate its features, design and platform management, and although it may still need an occasional improvement in fluidity and performance in general, it has the necessary tools, which allow handling the function of the platform excellently without any problem.

**What do you like best about Textr Team?**

Through the time we have been using this platform, we have discovered that it has everything we need. Suppose the interface is comfortable and easy to use. In that case, it offers an open space where it is easy to communicate and establish a two-way channel where receiving and sending messages and calls has never been so easy; everything happens in real time with just a few clicks. One of the functions that have been prevalent for our work, not counting all the others, has been the synchronization of our contact with our clients and business partners undoubtedly helps a lot to implement the functionality of the platform correctly. Textr Team is one of the best tools for value for money; it is inexpensive and allows us to expand our possibilities.

**What do you dislike about Textr Team?**

Without a doubt, I would add an implementation to our work system; since it does not have a desktop tool, it does not fit in entirely well, and it would be beneficial to have more direct and faster access to the platform from our desktop. We know that the platform is still under development and that soon, we may be able to see what we need.

**What problems is Textr Team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implementing Textr Team daily as our primary communication system has gotten us closer to what we sought. It allows us to create all the numbers we need to cover our communication lines by telephone; in this way, our entire work team works comfortably without any limitations when interacting with clients or business partners.
So Textr Team has become our main channel to ensure that our work team performs better and that none of our clients is left without receiving our call. We're still getting used to the platform, but we've certainly seen good results since we've used it.

I like my connection capacity through different telephone numbers without limitations. It offers payment flexibility and is widely adjusted to the work we must carry out and cover. I can get just the numbers we need. The connection of calls and messages is pretty fluid and in real-time, allowing us to leave our offices virtually, recognizing that now it is much easier to connect with each of our clients and take our service, as well as connect with our business partners, wherever they are, to interact and exchange ideas. The interface is comprehensive and allows a good integration of the work team, guaranteeing smooth work due to an intuitive, comfortable, and fast interface. It has given us many more benefits than negative aspects. Still, if I have to think of an opinion about it, I would say that it could need an improvement in the transcription and translation of speech to text since this tool allows us to advance in our work quickly and having to go correcting delays us in our work. Despite this, we have not had any difficulties in our work or its flow since the guarantee of its optimal functionality has been able to solve any inconvenience.

**What do you like best about Textr Team?**

Textr Team is a great platform, don't be surprised by its tool and interface capability, as it has been helpful and easy to use. It has told us about how it has presented this proposal for effective communication through a highly compatible environment with our work system, thus allowing us to send messages and campaigns connect effectively and consistently, protecting all our information and that of each of our clients. In the same way, we have loved the user experience it has provided and can manipulate, configure and customize each of the steps that deserve to be carried out.

In general terms, we are devoted to the systematic evaluation of each of its tools during the time that we have used it; we have not detected anything unfavorable for our workflow; it has each of the highly functional tools to enforce each step of our work.

I like the ease of use on the desktop. Customer service was wonderful. Provide a custom solution. Provides the flexibility to add users. I like the address book search function. I like how the notification window appears.

I wish it was a faster response. The setup is not that intuitive. I wish they would allow more time. I don't like some of the reporting capabilities. Sometimes the application does not connect to the Internet.

I like that we can flag text messages. The interface is excellent and easy to use. I love how I can have multiple phone numbers. It has multiple access options. I love the many options it offers. It allows us to be flexible.

I wish it had more integrations with other web apps. Sometimes the calls are static. I wish there was a spam blocker. Sometimes the call quality decreases. Notifications are not always reliable.

**What do you like best about Textr Team?**

Since you enter the platform, we will go to the platform with each minimum characteristic of preponderance to highlight its highest functionality since it has different templates for messages, and it will taste very well to our contact list; I will be ministering to the entire work team the other campaigns that we need to send to perform an optimal interaction. It provides a light CRM and facilitates various aspects of exchanging information with our clients, opening all the doors in different areas to be closer to each of them.

The platform offers an endless number of options to facilitate communication; however, despite this, it does not offer plans that allow us to contribute. Instead, it is necessary to pay for the number of numbers we use, and in the end, each number is limited. Additionally, it does not offer any other payment method besides card, which somewhat limits its use between countries.

Expanding our communication capabilities has opened the doors for us to reach our potential customers, giving us a highly likely CRM that allowed us to take productivity much further in the marketing system. Our team now has better messaging tools to enable us to reach doors, expanding our professional and work capacities and greatly facilitating all the work by taking it much more automated.

Textr is an innovative way to communicate, and it evolves the communication of professionals thanks to its platform, that is exceptionally easy to use and has a modern look. The use of Textr Team is mostly positive because it gives us a new and cost-effective way to keep in contact with our team, communicate with customers and other professionals, handling all our communication matters in one single platform that can be used in any device thanks to the synchronization of it.

It is a very good tool that doesn't have too many bad qualities, it works pretty well most of the time and the benefits have been outstanding, however, the speech-to-text tool has presented issues many times when trying to use it, sometimes it won't work properly and the result of the use of the tool will not be very good and the text will not come out properly.

Textr Team is an exceptional tool that has been the primary source of professional communication in our team for a while now, it is helping us save a lot of money to create a cost-effective way of communicating while keeping privacy while still using the same device. The way that it provides a professional business number is something that already helps a lot. Still, the other additional tools that it has for campaigns, team efficiency, call recordings, and more., are what make this software even better.

Textr Team has been the best application for calling and messages. Many advanced features has been installed, like voice mail for a particular or (separate) number will be assigned.
Personal call or messages will be forwarded easily.

I have used it all day. Text team, all is good, but the application is proper based on the internet,
use for text team growth for business worldwide, easily extension will be provided.

Well I only liked their offering of business phone lines in different countries including UK, USA and Canada

**What do you dislike about Textr Team?**

When I signed up for their Textr Team plan, I selected the UK number. On the website, they showed unlimited calling and unlimited texts with a Star mentioning a Fair usage policy. I got it and bought their service. After signing up, it asked me to add $15 to add numbers to my account so I did. When I stepped ahead and selected the UK number, it showed me a different pricing of $0.01 Per minute for UK outbound calls. Still, I get it however it was against the pricing shown on the main website. When I got the number activated and dialled a UK number for just 10 seconds, my balance got deducted by $0.39. That's insane and totally the opposite of what I bought. So there are two frauds Textr is doing to the customers in my case:

1. They show unlimited calls and SMS in their flat pricing plan of $15 (a pretty good amount for a phone plan)
2. They show an additional $0.01 for a minute for making calls in the UK (still not a big amount)
3. Then they are charging $0.39 per minute

I would recommend avoiding these guys completely as they are scamming people with their attractive pricing and billing traps.

No they are not solving anything but making it worst

The text team has been downloaded, not a carry individual sim, so perfect solution; many advanced options will be available, and any time any choirs-related issues will be solved. Only log in to the mail id and password enter interface so oping easily msg, chat calls etc.

It's perfect for me; it has excellent features and is easy to control or manage. Many advanced features have been installed in this application, which works like a charm.

Having this platform has taken whereby various means we can meet requirements and not only that, give a quick response to them. The notification is in real time and keeps us always active in the event of a new call, another important tool is the monitoring of interactions, which gives us the possibility if developing the history of our clients and from this, being able to respond to their concerns or requirements.

Although it is a great platform, I think it still needs better updates to innovate its interface a bit, it can become too simple and not very dynamic, in addition to the fact that we would love to have more tools available that increase our capacity with respect to the functionality and that allow us to expand the user experience.

**What problems is Textr Team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a tool at hand that is comfortable and that adjusts to our communication needs was difficult to find, even more so with these characteristics, it gives us the ease and practicality of obtaining lines that give us an open channel of communication, expanding borders and giving us the opportunity to communicate with business partners or receive calls from our customers to meet their requests. In the same way, we have been able to pay much more attetion to what our clients need, determining which labor department can best advantage has been the satisfaction of our customers, by directly obtaining comments, processing them with greater attetion, we have been detailed when offering better services and the results of these have been impressive.

**What do you like best about Textr Team?**

Textr Team is a software that is very complete and has the necessary features to communicate with clients effortlessly; I like that it provides unlimited numbers and helps plan marketing SMS campaigns that help attract more leads; it is a tool that combines the easiness of texting with the professionalism of campaigns, organizing the numbers to send campaigns in bulk is easy and I like how successful it tends to be. I also like that it records every call with high-quality audio, providing us with the right audio quality to be able to access what is being said for different training sessions for new employees, and it allows me to separate personal calls from business calls.

**What do you dislike about Textr Team?**

The only thing that I have to say I do not like about Tedxtr Team is the fact that the speech to text feature does not work properly at times, sometimes it won't catch what is being said properly and the text won't match, it still needs a lot of improvement for it to work well with every call without needing to manually correct the wrong stuff that was transcripted. It is a tool that is looking towards making this process automated but as of now, it presents many issues with transcription.

Textr Team is helping our business stay at the top of our game by being more organized, having a space where we can communicate with our clients professionally and organizing all the leads' numbers to provide professional sales campaigns on SMS. Thanks to having a business number, it has been easier to organize all our contacts related to our business and provide more specific customer service for our clients, provide more support and easily automate our customer service process, as well as being able to organize our team for better training and better management of our clients.

**What do you like best about Textr Team?**

It is an open window for a much broader communication, allowing us to cover different aspects of work, forming part of a multichannel system where it is possible to enhance CRM work by communicating with each client or business partner from lines that allow us to make more contact direct and establish a correct communication route to attend labor requests. The IVR recognition has undoubtedly been one of the best tools of the platform; it allows us to automate customer service, categorize requests and redirect them to the different departments in charge; in this way, we take care of correctly serving each client who requests our services and gives them the best care possible. Collaboration tools have been what we needed to perfect our CRM system, maintain a work administration on the attention of requests and cover as many requests as possible. I like that the platform works very well; the texts and calls happen in real-time, at a very time, and in a very fluid way.

**What do you dislike about Textr Team?**

I find very few negative characteristics worth highlighting; the most distinctive would be the price; a more affordable price would be a viable alternative for small companies to expand their business opportunities. Until now, this has been the only limitation; having access to better service and payment plans for the platform would give us greater ease of use.

We needed a tool that would be a direct communication channel, allowing us to approach our clients in a much more attentive way. It has been the tool that has given the point, through its platform, we have managed to achieve good standards of attention and communication, it has expanded our borders, and now we have a giant space of fluid communication, with multiple aspects of attention, where now everything it is much more agile, categorized according to the work area, collaboration tools that allow us to manage better requests, among these millions of aspects that have given us a boost in the CRM system and have overlooked work performance much better.

**What do you like best about Textr Team?**

One of the first things I liked about this platform is the ease with which you can set up a new phone number for work or personal purposes; you can get a unique number with a simple button. Obviously, you will have to pay a fee to get that other number, but I find the prices per number relatively low compared to other alternative platforms. In addition, I liked that the platform does not have any limits when sending or receiving messages; the calls for each number obtained are free, and it does not matter if you make international or national calls; relatively smooth, and it shows you each received message in real-time, you don't have to wait for additional time to receive the message correctly, each message will be displayed in your main tray immediately, this is really good.

**What do you dislike about Textr Team?**

Actually, the only problem I noticed about this platform is its interface;. However, the App is in beta phase, I consider that it could have a much more attractive interface so that users can feel more comfortable using it and managing several phone numbers within her. I fully trust that they will put a much more attractive interface.

**What problems is Textr Team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits I have obtained with the help of this platform are pretty varied since I have used it for work and personal purposes. 

This App has helped me to communicate with my clients much simpler way without having to call them from a local company phone; all the numbers in this App are random, so I will not have a problem calling a client through one of these numbers; without exposing the direct number of our company. This platform has achieved that in our company there are several contact numbers, it has also allowed us to receive messages instantly for commercial purposes with customers. I loved being able to share messages with my entire work team. Thanks to the "teams" section of this App, it allows me to share some call history, message history and much more with my colleagues. It is straightforward to use this App, and I loved the experience I got within it; obtaining, using and registering numbers is very impressive.

It's an ok platform for messaging nothing extravagant just basic communication software.

It is slow and shuts down in between and due to crashes no data is stored and you have to start the whole process again.

**What do you like best about Textr Team?**

We can share contacts between colleagues.
 It allows the creation of message campaigns and mass mailings to reach the largest number of customers.
 In general, the entire platform is simple, getting to understand and use it does not take too long.
 It has a comfortable and nice user interface.
 I like that you can add multiple phone numbers even to each department.

The final work is very good, it performs its functions properly.
 Everything experienced has been excellent, we do not have any complaints for Textr Team at this time.

Our main objective when looking for a platform was to improve our communication significantly, to find a way to make good quality calls.  Textr Team has shown us results in a very short time and with it has helped improve our relationship with our clients with their method of text messages and calls.
 I liked being able to have a free trial version, this allowed us to test all its functions and if they were really worth it or not, in the end it was the right software for everything.

Contacts can be shared quickly.
 It allows sending messages in bulk, saving users a lot of time.
 Using it is very simple, following the basic steps in a short time we were able to handle it comfortably.
 We can have several phone numbers without problems.
 Good call quality, with excellent audio.

We have not found anything bad for this platform, Textr has brought us good benefits throughout this time and has undoubtedly been the best option to choose.

**What problems is Textr Team solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Textr is undoubtedly an excellent way to have a much more consolidated system for calls made by the company.
 I liked being able to have a free trial at first, being inexperienced with it, I think it is the best method to try and make the decision whether to stay with it or not, in our case we have stayed with this effective and complete software.
