Who is TestLodge pricing best suited for?

TestLodge's pricing is best suited for small businesses and mid-market teams in IT, software development, and services industries, based on G2 reviewer demographics. Small-business reviewers gravitate toward the Personal and Basic tiers for UAT management and straightforward test case organization. Mid-market teams in computer software and utilities find the Plus tier appropriate for tracking multi-phase testing lifecycles. G2 reviewers from enterprise segments in education and accounting also adopt TestLodge, primarily for its low learning curve and clean interface rather than advanced capabilities. The flat per-tier pricing with unlimited users makes TestLodge's pricing particularly attractive for teams that need collaborative access without per-seat cost escalation.

"Best tool for Test case management"

5/5

What do you like best about TestLodge?

What I like most about TestLodge is that it is simple and clear for beginners. When I teach students how to write test cases or follow a test cycle, they don’t get confused by too many features. The layout is straightforward and makes it easy to show the link between test plans, test cases, test runs, and reports. This helps students understand the basic foundation of testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestLodge?

What I don’t like about TestLodge is that it feels limited when the project becomes big. For example, you can’t add expected results to every step, and there are not many options to tag or filter test cases. It also doesn’t have built-in bug tracking, so you need to use another tool for that. The design is simple, but sometimes too plain, and since it only works online, it may not fit strict environments. Overall, it’s good for small teams and learning basics, but not the best for large or complex projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TestLodge solving and how is that benefiting you?

TestLodge helps to keep all test cases, test plans, and results in one place. This removes the need to use many spreadsheets or documents. It also connects failed tests to bug trackers, which makes the process faster. For me, the benefit is that it makes testing and teaching easier. Students can clearly see how to plan, run, and report tests, and this helps them learn good habits for real projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
