Firstly, you can multi manage projects using testlink. The process is really simple and easy to explore from writing the test cases to executing them. Copying the cases to other suits or integrating testlink with other software is also helpful. It is really easy to filter the cases and differentiate based on the requirement. Documentation is best for the beginners or for the ones who are stuck. Unique CaseId helps to bifurcate and different projects can be easily managed using this. **What do you dislike about TestLink?** One cannot use this software with multiple users for a long time like it really makes it difficult to use with so much data in it. It is developed in PHP and you only need a database (MySQL is recommended). Testlink allows you to design, control, and execute software quality assurance test cycles in the most comprehensive way possible. It allows you to generate an almost infinite number of reports, from printing the test plan in PDF or WORD, to the results of a test cycle execution by Tester, by software version. Project management becomes easy with its integration with the issue tracking tool 'Mantis'. **What do you dislike about TestLink?** It has minor issues. Its performance feels somewhat sluggish for a user who is already accustomed to the tool when editing, creating, or deleting a test case. When importing some test cases, it gives some errors for no apparent reason, and it is necessary to repeat the procedure N times for the task to be completed correctly. **What problems is TestLink solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through Testlink, we are managing and monitoring the quality of various software solutions created in the company. ### 38. I would recommend any new tester to use this tool, which helps them a lot in day to day testing activities. Even for managers its easy to track based on project or individual. Also we can add numerous test cases, add them or delete them or even modify them. Also we can move the test cases from one project to another within the tool. Also nobody needs expertise in using this tool. Anybody with basic knowledge can start using the tool on their own without anybody's support or help. Also it gives the percentile coverage per individual or project which is very essential for any manager to track the activities.and plan ahead for the software release.
