Their responsiveness, accuracy, and consultative approach give us confidence that we are making the best decisions for our employees. Our only challenges have been around visibility. Since we do not have direct access into Terminal’s underlying systems (Dayforce, Concur, Notion), it can be harder for our team to impersonate employees or managers when troubleshooting issues. Similarly, we don’t have real-time visibility into hiring and compliance rosters, so we rely on Terminal to flag when a new hire has not completed a required step, such as signing an offer or completing onboarding paperwork. On occasion, we do need to escalate employee questions to Terminal, but they are highly responsive and integrated into our Slack, so escalations are typically resolved very quickly.
