**What do you like best about Terial?**

The platform’s intuitive design makes adoption and onboarding easy, which is especially impactful in an industry that typically lacks strong technical depth. 

Just as important, customer success is clearly a driving force behind the company’s decisions and product direction.

**What do you dislike about Terial?**

Since this is a relatively new software, some features were still in development when we adopted it. What could have been a negative quickly became a positive as we were able to collaborate directly with the Terial team, contributing feedback that helped tailor the platform.

**What problems is Terial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a commercial roofing company, many available technology solutions are built around residential workflows, which often forces commercial operators into inefficient workarounds and ill-fitting processes. We evaluated several of the major, well-known platforms and consistently ran into the same challenges: outdated, clunky systems, confusing user interfaces that required excessive steps to complete simple tasks, and rigid programming that made search and reporting difficult to use effectively, often at a premium cost.

Terial helps solve these issues by providing a platform designed for how our business actually operates. It simplifies getting accurate, timely information from the job site to the office and has significantly improved the quality and consistency of reporting from our service technicians and site superintendents. In turn, this has elevated the quality of the reports we are able to deliver to our customers, improving transparency and communication throughout the life of a project.

Additionally, Terial’s integrations have allowed us to streamline processes within our accounting department, reducing our administrative workload by 19% by eliminating the need for double data entry. Their Production Job Costing functionality also enables our field superintendents to monitor job budgets in real time directly from their mobile devices, improving accountability and proactive decision-making in the field.

**What do you like best about Terial?**

After testing several CRMs built specifically for commercial roofing contractors, we ultimately went with Terial  and we couldn’t be happier with that decision.

Before Terial, our previous “CRM” had slowly turned into nothing more than a document repository. It was clunky, disconnected, and we were barely scratching the surface of what it was supposed to do. With Terial, it’s the complete opposite ; we’re actually using every single module because everything just flows together so naturally.

From the start, their platform stood out for being incredibly easy to use, but what really impressed us was their vision for simplifying every part of a contractor’s operations. It’s helped us stay focused on running and growing our business instead of juggling spreadsheets and scattered information  from estimating all the way through invoicing.

When the Terial team told us implementation would take just two days and that we’d be fully operational by the end of the second day, we honestly didn’t believe it. We all kind of laughed and said, “Yeah, right…” But sure enough, they delivered. By day two, everything was live, and even our field techs were genuinely excited to start using it.

Like with any new system, there’s always an adjustment period, but Terial made it surprisingly easy. Both our office staff and field teams quickly embraced it. All of our techs said it best: “This is so much easier to use; thank you!”; their words not ours.

Terial isn’t just a CRM to us, they’ve become a true partner in how we operate. We’re excited about what’s ahead and grateful to have them alongside us!

Well, where do I start.... oh yeah, they owe us dinner!   j/k!!

**What problems is Terial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Service Manager doesn't spend countless hours on reporting and billing, Terial shaved at least 1/2 of the time spent on these!
Visibility to Production Daily Reports have become a game changer!
Opportunity tracking is one of the biggest items, being able to track all of the opportunities and turn them into service/production work right from the system is HUGE!
We have become more efficient!!

**What do you like best about Terial?**

The collaborative team behind the platform is by far the best feature. As we grow into the software, having a partner who listens to our ideas and actively works to implement them into the software is invaluable. We have attempted to onboard with a competitor that we never ended up going live with and the night and day difference in experience we have received from the Terial team is incredible. Our team is greatly enjoying the CRM functions, ease for our production crews and detail to keep our service team on track are close seconds.

We are eager for the estimating functions that are to come as they are limited at the time.

The support and communication is truly incredible. Not only do they respond almost instantly but you can tell they’ve put time and thought into the responses. They are also very quick with small software request changes and how at about what’s in the development pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Terial?**

There are still some simple things missing - anything having to do with photos seems to not be fully refined yet. Also the lack of a proposal function is requiring keeping extra software (but I know they know that and will work on it!)

I know they are committed to further refining the addresses down so we can more track our service calls at a granular, unit level.

Terial is very user friendly.  Invoicing is a breeze thru this system as compared to any other programs we have used.  The customer service is fantastic.  They have multiple videos to assist with training and are readily available for support when needed.

I would love to see Terial include an accounting system which would provide everything to run a business under one program.

Terial has worked steadfastly to assist our roofers in the field so that when inputting any information they have little to no issues when doing so.

Easy to use program, even if you do not know the method of how to do something, it is incredibly easy to navigate and figure out how to do anything you need. I also really love how quick their support is with reaching out if we do have any questions.

On Service Invoices, not having the ability to put/ edit titles as you can if you just download the report.

Easy to create tickets, CRM incredibly easy to follow, researching is a breeze, support is incredibly helpful.

**What do you like best about Terial?**

I've worked with several software companies and NONE are as personable, responsive, or have the level of customer care/support that our partners at Terial have. From the Aaron to the customer support team, they feel like an extension of our office & display the same level of urgency/problem resolution we expect of our in-house team. As far as ease of use - the application is as simple & user-friendly as it could be...all of my techs picked it up after less than a week of use. If you're wondering where to invest to take your roofing company to the next level - look no further. You won't be disappointed!

There's nothing to dislike about Terial or their people - best in the business!

**What problems is Terial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We'd been trying to find the right software partner 3x's over....until we found Terial. They've enabled a heightened level of communication from the field to management, improved the value add we bring under the sales realm, and made our AR process more cohesive. From a scalability standpoint - we'd be lost without them!

**What do you like best about Terial?**

Terial was clearly designed with the consumer in mind. The consumer, in this case, being both the roofing contractor and their customer. Easy to use on the back end, easy to interpret on the front end. Constantly evolving as they solicit feedback and seek to create a seamless, one-stop-shop for contractors. Not to mention, outstanding customer service: quick response time, effective communication, problem-solving on the spot. We're happy to have teamed up with Terial and look forward to continuing our relationship with the team and the platform!

**What do you dislike about Terial?**

Nothing to specifically dislike. Some features that are still in-progress that we're eagerly awaiting!

**What problems is Terial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamline communication between guys in the field and office staff. Photo timelines and daily reports that can be easily viewed by those in the office to answer customer questions and get a sense of project completion for billing purposes, etc. 
Safety checklists: ensuring that safety is in place on all job sites for day-to-day opperations and to use as a reference if safety procedures are questioned by a project manager or OSHA.
Invoicing: Efficient and timely. On the back end, just a simple pricing review and download. Saves time entering time, materials, and work items manually.
Common, shared platform to manage jobs:  Upload documents, proposals, COIs, photos to job tabs. Upload warranties when jobs are done. Access these saved files even after the job is complete.
CRM: track incoming requests, assignment of tasks, storing customer data.
Scheduling service: initial scheduling and re-scheduling is quick and easy in the service calendar. Automatically email those affected to notify them of changes as they happen.

Best Roofing Software we have used! It just works.

**What do you dislike about Terial?**

Newer software so some features are not available yet, but developers continue to make improvements on a weekly basis and have been transparent about timelines and their dev roadmap.

Dispatching crews for roofing service. Reporting and documentation, invoicing. Accounts Payable / collections. Historical data and record keeping. Time Cards and time keeping / tracking.
