Since this is a relatively new software, some features were still in development when we adopted it. What could have been a negative quickly became a positive as we were able to collaborate directly with the Terial team, contributing feedback that helped tailor the platform. What do you like best about Terial?

After testing several CRMs built specifically for commercial roofing contractors, we ultimately went with Terial and we couldn’t be happier with that decision.

Before Terial, our previous “CRM” had slowly turned into nothing more than a document repository. It was clunky, disconnected, and we were barely scratching the surface of what it was supposed to do. With Terial, it’s the complete opposite ; we’re actually using every single module because everything just flows together so naturally.

From the start, their platform stood out for being incredibly easy to use, but what really impressed us was their vision for simplifying every part of a contractor’s operations. It’s helped us stay focused on running and growing our business instead of juggling spreadsheets and scattered information from estimating all the way through invoicing.

When the Terial team told us implementation would take just two days and that we’d be fully operational by the end of the second day, we honestly didn’t believe it. We all kind of laughed and said, “Yeah, right…” But sure enough, they delivered. By day two, everything was live, and even our field techs were genuinely excited to start using it.

Like with any new system, there’s always an adjustment period, but Terial made it surprisingly easy. Both our office staff and field teams quickly embraced it. All of our techs said it best: “This is so much easier to use; thank you!”; their words not ours.

What do you like best about Terial?

The collaborative team behind the platform is by far the best feature. As we grow into the software, having a partner who listens to our ideas and actively works to implement them into the software is invaluable. We have attempted to onboard with a competitor that we never ended up going live with and the night and day difference in experience we have received from the Terial team is incredible. What do you like best about Terial?

The support and communication is truly incredible. Not only do they respond almost instantly but you can tell they’ve put time and thought into the responses. There are still some simple things missing - anything having to do with photos seems to not be fully refined yet. Also the lack of a proposal function is requiring keeping extra software (but I know they know that and will work on it!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Terial?

Terial is very user friendly. Invoicing is a breeze thru this system as compared to any other programs we have used. The customer service is fantastic. They have multiple videos to assist with training and are readily available for support when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Terial?

What do you like best about Terial?

I've worked with several software companies and NONE are as personable, responsive, or have the level of customer care/support that our partners at Terial have. From the Aaron to the customer support team, they feel like an extension of our office & display the same level of urgency/problem resolution we expect of our in-house team. As far as ease of use - the application is as simple & user-friendly as it could be...all of my techs picked it up after less than a week of use. What do you like best about Terial?

Terial was clearly designed with the consumer in mind. The consumer, in this case, being both the roofing contractor and their customer. Easy to use on the back end, easy to interpret on the front end. Constantly evolving as they solicit feedback and seek to create a seamless, one-stop-shop for contractors. Not to mention, outstanding customer service: quick response time, effective communication, problem-solving on the spot.
